Guest Access:

• Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.



Parking Information:

• The driveway can accommodate 5–6 cars with proper arrangement.

• Street and sidewalk parking is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed.



Overflow & Overnight Parking:

• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse area on a first-come, first-served basis (look for the red flags).

• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).



• Guests have full access to the Sonoma Resort clubhouse, which offers a large resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and scenic walking and jogging trails.



The Neighborhood:

Sonoma Resort in Orlando, Florida is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.

Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. If you have any other concerns, feel free to reach out.
