Guest Access:

• Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, pool, and patio.



Parking:

• There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community.

•Parking is also allowed outside the pool area, using the side parking spaces and is subject to availability.

Being just minutes away from world-famous theme parks, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses, you'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep.

• Most guests prefer getting around by car. The home includes free on-site parking and easy access to major routes like US-192 and I-4, connecting you to all of Orlando’s top destinations.

Other Things to Note:

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• To keep it sparkling and clean, our pool gets some regular pampering to stay at its best, which means it’ll be briefly unavailable during maintenance. We appreciate your understanding.



Pet Friendly:

• We welcome up to 2 small to medium sized pets. Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture, not left unattended, and guests are responsible for cleanup and any damages.

• A pet fee of $129 per pet, per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is included in the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation



• We're happy to deliver:

• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
