The views from Sunbird will steal your breath away, whether you're looking out windows or relaxing on the sun-splashed decks. The top-level deck is off one of the two master bedrooms, while the deck on the main level wraps completely around the house providing shade when you need it. The main level features two living areas, and open kitchen and a third bedroom. The parking level provides a laundry room, outside shower, fish cleaning sink and a boardwalk to the beach. The St. George Plantation clubhouse and pool are just a short walk away.

Location, location, location! So beautiful sitting on the deck looking at a very quiet beach, water, dolphins. Loved our stay. A few maintenance needs but overall, a wonderful place. Would return!

Would highly recommend someone staying here. Well priced for the value and location.

The expansive windows provide a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The wrap around deck is fabulous. Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms give lots of clean, comfortable space. SunBird’s Plantation location is ideal for beach walking and bike riding. Suncoast Vacation Rental was an excellent property manager.

Black mold dripping on master bed

The house was not only dirty, but the master bedroom (and bathroom) had black mold dripping onto bed from AC vent. This was a two night stay that me, my husband and ONE YEAR OLD had to sleep on a couch. The one full day we spent there they sent a handy man over with no warning completely disturbing our stay. Very disappointed and would never rent here again.

We liked the openness of the main floor as well as the small den. The deck is great with a covered area thanks to the small balcony above. This house is in need of updating. Sliding doors are sticky, some sinks are slow to drain, some screens need replacing. One pet peeve I have is that all the windows needed cleaning. The beautiful view of the gulf was obstructed by the misty windows. My husband and I cleaned them in about an hour and a half , but I wish they had been cleaned by the rental company. Still, this is a nice house with lots of light and plenty of space inside and out.

Excellent location-House needs some TLC

Excellent location we love staying on the Plantation. Beautiful secluded area. The house is outdated, upper bedroom window screen is broken. Second bedroom door to balcony is fogged over. Sink in kitchen broken. The house needs some TLC other than that our stay was great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would only recommend this place due to the location on the beach. the house itself is old and has not been remodeled or updated. The house sleeps 6-8 adults but only had 2 chairs on the deck. the floors were very dirt. I wiped up water from the floor and the paper towel was black! in one bathroom alone, 6 lights were burnt out above the sink. none of the drains worked the door from the bedroom going to the patio was broken, kitchen bar stools very rusted. we were given 1 towel, 1 hand towel and one wash cloth each per 5 adults. no extra towels. no beach towels, it was just a very run down place. No extra pillows or blankets. the doors were very rusted from the salt air and would not lock. windows were very very dirty. if the owner would spend just a little bit, they could make it nice. I would not recommend this place until some money is spent on it to add a few items and update it.
