Loved the cabin and the location.

We had a nice weekend relaxing and mountain biking. There are trail literally out the back door about 50 yards you can hike or ride all day.

This was our 5th visit to Angel Fire and we loved our stay at Ed’s place!!! It was on a dead end street with only one other house which was great for our family. Trails were to the left, right and behind the house. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and beds were comfy. Our family loved the hot tub for early mornings and evenings. I highly recommend this home!

Not sure if "cabin" describes the property as the Chalet is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 attached garages, fully appointed residence :) Typical holiday booking groups are in the 6 - 9 persons range from 3 nights to multi-week stays. Great location, close to the slopes, lots of room.

Eddie was very helpful and very prompt with communication at all times. Great property with all you would need for any type of stay. Easy access even with all the snow and 2WD vehicles.

SPRING BREAK 2023

WONDERFULL !!!......... I couldn't have asked for a better vacation!! The property was absolutely beautiful to say the least! I worked with both the owner as well as the property manager before and during our stay both were very prompt in answering my questions as well as very accommodating. The house had everything you might need and more. It was very spacious, and we felt so at home. We will definitely stay here again for our next ski vacation!,,,, Thank you for opening your beautiful home and allowing our family to make memories !!!

Thank you for the kind praise. That setting in Angel Fire really is special. I as well, fell in love instantly with the chalet and the area when I found it. Vacation rental has been fun and heartwarming to share the home with superb, lovely, gracious persons like you Deb. Everyone is upbeat and able to relax and enjoy the mountain getaways and accommodations. I owe much of this to our local management and staff that keep everything in top order for the guests. Deborah, you are most welcome anytime to make more memories with the family. A little piece of heaven

This beautiful peaceful home in the mountains surpassed all our expectations. This home is approximately 2 miles from the ski resort in a quiet secluded neighborhood surrounded by peaceful hills and trees. This home is well appointed with everything we need, right down to a crockpot for our homemade soup. The stars captivated us while sitting in the hot tub listening to the peaceful quiet. The games and jing-ga kept our littles busy too. There’s even a ping pong table. Comfy mattresses were great after long day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again.

First timers to Angle Fire

This was our first time traveling to this area and this was a great home in a great location. Eddie was fantastic at communication and giving us advise on everything from food options, hiking and biking options as well as other area attrations and things to do. The home is well equiped and very clean. The hiking trail that backs up to the property provided us with some great opportunitys to see plenty of wildlife every day. It was so peaceful setting on the deck feeling as if your secluded in the middle of nowhere when in reality your only a few minutes from town or the resort. After having such a great time in this area, and a great place to stay, there is a good posibility that we'll be back to try Angle Fire in the winter and wouldnt hesitate to book the Calet again.

Renter Beware - broken washing machine and TVs did not work during our stay

My wife and I rented this home for a family ski trip with two children, ages 6 and 8, and my parents. Upon arrival, the washing machine was broken with a sign on the laundry door saying, 'Laundromat in Town.' We had to wash our clothing in the kitchen sink. Washing machine needs to be removed from the home amenities listing until it’s operational. Additionally, the TVs in the house did not work without bringing your own firestick, which is not as described on VRBO. We booked this home for Super Bowl weekend to have a family ski trip with an evening watching the game and were not able to do that because the TVs were not functional. We asked Eddie to fix the TV during our stay, as he lives less than 100 yards away, but he ghosted us for 1.5 hours after saying he would come immediately with a firestick. When he did finally show up, he was irrational and smelled of alcohol. We asked him what happened he stormed off and was not seen again during the remainder of our trip. Four days after we left, he texted us stating the TVs work, which we do not believe to be true. This home cost more than booking two hotel rooms, which would have had these basic amenities. Eddie was not willing to resolve these issues while we were there, either through fixing the TV/washing machine or adjusting the price. We want to let other potential renters know these challenges we encountered when renting this home.

Eddie was super helpful and communicated anytime we had questions. House was in great shape with everything you need for a really nice stay. Good location just a few minutes drive from the ski resort. Cool neighborhood, great coffee view from the whole main living area.
