Welcome to Surf Riders Down which is a fully remodeled island cottage on the westside of Gulf Drive in the City of Holmes Beach. The property sleeps up to 6 guests.
This ground level home has an open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs.
It is stocked with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole family. Relax with a good book or enjoy a family night with plenty of board games available. A second queen ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a convenient split layout.

The upstairs unit can be added to accommodate 8 vacationers in total but is not rented separately. You will have privacy when renting Surf Riders Down and no other party will be staying upstairs.

Bring your family and enjoy all the amenities Surf Riders Down has to offer! No main roads to cross and steps to the white sugar sands of the gulf beaches. Enjoy the pool and spa with heating in the backyard! There is a $150 pool heat fee per week in addition.
Stroll to the beach and soak up the sun! Return, freshen up and explore Holmes Beach for shopping or eating out, enjoy the sunset with cocktail in hand.

Surf Riders Down has three parking spots reserved for guests.

This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
