Staying at West Mountain Memories is a scrapbook of memories-in-the-making from the moment you step in the door until you finally close the front door for the last time. It has been our dream to create a space where people could come and play with family and friends in the mountains and build lifelong memories, one experience at a time.

This 4-bedroom (+Bonus + Play Room), 3.5-bath home is removed from the cares of modern civilization, yet comes with all the creature comforts you could hope for in any big city experience. It is our hope that West Mountain Memories will be a place that will embrace you and yours and fill you with the sights and sounds of nature and family and the spontaneous joy that comes with the mountain experience.

12 minutes from Tamarack Ski Resort and world-class skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing, fat tire biking, ziplining, mountain biking, hiking, destination events (like weddings), white water rafting, mushroom foraging, fine dining, and more.

20 minutes to McCall and horseback riding, the Winter Carnival (and some AMAZING life-sized ice sculptures), cozy mountain eateries, like the Salmon River Brewery and FoggLifter Cafe, AND of course, Brundage Mountain Skiing…

22 minutes (and some change) to Jug Mountain Ranch Golf Course and the open air…

Inside our cabin, you’ll find…

Entertainment: We have a curated play area, where kids and kids-at-heart will find board games, foosball, mini-bowling, tic tac toe, and more…

Play room and bonus room: These two “extra” rooms offer you additional social and entertainment spaces. They allow you to segment activities based on interests and age groups, making socializing in West Mountain Memories both easy and harmonious.

Hot Tub: Your personal hot tub is surrounded by tall trees for extra privacy and a double-dose of natural beauty. It fits 5-7 people, allowing you to relax with friends and family after a long day on the trails or the slopes.

Back Patio: Enjoy the spacious 45-foot-wide Timbertech Deck, providing an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation and socializing with friends while soaking in the fresh mountain air.

Outdoor Fire Pit: A mountain experience just isn’t a mountain experience without S’mores around the campfire. Refuel and warm up next to the cozy fire pit after a long day in the mountain air. It’s just the place for you to try out your marshmallow recipes and tell your best fish tales to friends.

Gas Fireplace: Your chilled bones will warm up quickly after a day of snowshoeing or skiing at the cabin’s central fireplace.

Gourmet Kitchen and Open Great Room: Nothing beats from-scratch cooking and conversation, and West Mountain Memories comes equipped with a full gourmet kitchen that offers direct access to the Great Room area and conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with amenities, like a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, gas stove, and stainless steel refrigerator.

Dining Area for 8 to 10: Enjoy special meals and conversation around the cozy dining table. It comes with a convenient bench to help you make room for extra friends around the table should the occasion arise.

Master Suite and Junior Suite: Each suite bedroom comes with an attached bathroom, towels, and king sized beds. The master suite also features a flat-screen TV for movie nights after a day on the trails– nighttime giggles are offered at no charge.

Two additional bedrooms: Remember the slumber parties we mentioned? You can’t have those without some additional sleep spaces. The two additional bedrooms encourage families and friends to stay together for their vacations, rather than trying to find accommodations off-site. With all this sleep space, you’ll spend more time together and less time in the car trying to connect with friends in faraway places.

Three-and-a-half baths: West Mountain Memories’ 3.5 baths facilitate cleaning up after a day on the slopes or on the trails.

Laundry Area: There’s no need to look for a laundromat to clean your hiking clothes. West Mountain Memories cabin comes equipped with a laundry room and a state-of-the-art washer and dryer set.

Pets: We know that you love your furbabies, but we ask that you leave them with friends or kenneled during the time you stay at West Mountain Memories.

West Mountain Memories is your gateway to every kind of memory-building experience you could hope for, no matter what time of the year you come to stay!

You'll have full access to the home, minus a few locked storage closets and a portion of the garage utilized for owner's storage.

Quiet community in Donnelly located just 12 minutes to Tamarack. This cabin offers easy access to the best of Valley County! Minutes to Cascade Lake, West Mountain hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and so much more. Easy 25 minute drive to McCall for additional recreational opportunities & shopping.

Easy access to the property on county maintained roads. Large driveway can accomodate 3-to-4 vehicles.
