Stay here for our annual nephew vacation.In their words...A.-10 said perfect, N-11 said Fun, L-12 said Luxurious, L-14 said Pool. We had an amazing stay. All the home essentials we needed were there for us to use. All the things we did were roughly 20-25 minutes away. You can't go wrong staying here.

Didn't meet the host, all communications were through the app. The house was clean and there were fresh linens on the beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The concerns I had were there were no curtains in the bathrooms and the water hose was left running on the ground in the back yard next to the hot tub when I got the house, I messaged the host and he said it was for the pool and I should put it back in the pool. But I noticed that the hot tub was empty and dirty, so I put the hose in it. Once it was filled we tried to turn it on but it never heated up enough to use. We tried to turn the water off but the valve was not turning all the way. I did relay this to the host, he said he would have someone out but no one came. One of the things I liked about this house was it had a hot tub but we were unable to use it. Overall we still had a good stay at the house.

Exactly what we saw abd perfect location

Location was perfect, not too far into town but close to everything we were here for. Pool was great house was exactly as advertised. Would book again for the whole family.

Can’t wait to stay here again!

Absolutely incredible place. SO CLEAN, lots of space, more places to sleep than I feel like even advertised. Perfect location, close to the lake and a grocery store. Host is easily accessible and responsive and kind. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice for lots of people to gather. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and pool table. Dod not feel crowded. Very comfortable relaxing place to stay.

Lake Hefner house

We had visitors from 13 to 68 and all enjoyed this property the pool, hot tub, gameroom and general layout of the house are wonderful. We had a great tim in OKC!

Family Time

We had family from out of town come in. We spent two great days at this property. It was a great location. Our host was great and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pretty good for one night stay

Very nice place! Loved the hot tub. Pool table was not there due to previous tenants damaging it, so we were a bit disappointed about that. A bit pricey for one night, but we were happy to find a place that didn’t require two nights minimum. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Beds were comfy. Overall a good stay.

Great stay!

We had a great time at the property. It was all as advertised and Mike was great and easy to communicate with. We had a couple questions come up while there and he answered them quickly. The best part was his checkout is easy peasy! I've stayed at some places that make you basically be a housekeeper before you leave, cleaning the place top to bottom. But not here... Everything asked was reasonable and what we would have done anyway. Thank you! Will recommend to friends!

Great family residence

Many family members in town for college graduation. This home located in quiet NW OKC neighborhood. Large parking area in front of home…no parking on street. Plenty of room for six adults. Good air-conditioning. Bedrooms on second floor, large closets, clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Clean bedding and towels. Spare roll out bed for child that wants to stay in room with parents. Small room in front of house with day bed for guest that cannot climb stairs. Great kitchen with everything you would need. Recommend bringing your own disposable dinnerware if you have a big group. Limited silverware and glasses/coffee cups. There is a single serve Kurig. We brought our own coffee maker. Large dining room. Great area for kids and adults to play games in converted garage that opens up to back yard and pool. The outdoor space with the pool and large table for all to congregate was the best. Will reserve again! Great communications Thanks owners!

So Disappointed!

Drove up to matresses and trash stacked 4 feet high in the front yard - owner refused to remove it. No light bulbs or toilet paper. No cleaning supplies. Game room had open soda cans and trash throughout. Lawn was not mowed and trash throughout back yard, pool was not clean. Maintenance had to come out 4 times! No AC in the upstairs, brought 2 units for a 4 bedroom house and both leaked water all over the carpet and didn't work more than 10 minutes at a time. Rented the house to have a dinner for my son who just returned from a year long deployment in Syria which the owner was aware of since before I even booked the property - such a let down! Also, the property received a fine/citation on the door during my stay because it is not even properly permitted by the City of OKC. No assistance on refund from homeowner or VRBO!

Kind and quick but not clean or cared for

Workplace team stayed for a week while we lead a workshop. Looks great on the web. There were no top sheets on several beds, some beds made and obviously slept in, wet laundry in the dryer, staged bedrooms (lamps there but not actually plugged in), no place to plug in items near the beds, hot tub cover separated from the assist bar and tossed in the ground which made it difficult to use, trash cans and recycle bins packed to the brim and attracting flies to the pool so we did not use but two of the days, central upstairs bathroom drained slowly pooling water on the floor, no bathroom floor mats, no mat for slippery floor coming in from the pool, bugs in the upstairs bathroom every morning, cracks and tiles missing in the pool which also did not have an auto vacuum running and had chlorine dispenser out of it when we arrived. There was confetti at the bottom of the pool (from previous guests??) that I mentioned on day two and someone was sent to clean the pool. We had already had to make time/space for repair of a breaker flip and light switch that was not working as well as entry to house when we were not there so we declined the pool clean. Very embarrassing and disappointing.
