This was the most thoughtfully prepared property I've experienced on any platform. The attention to detail for the renter's needs is outstanding, the place was impeccably clean, and the owner was perfectly communicative. Great stay!

The pictures do not do this stat justice. It’s beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. 5 adults stayed here so the queen beds were perfect for us. The location was central to where we needed to be for a wedding in another community with all amenities nearby. This is a well maintained and clean home. There was a minor cleanliness situation that we had to inform the host of after we’d discovered it on the last day, and she offered a free night which we unfortunately will not be able to redeem as we don’t have a reason to be back to visit. I highly recommend this location and host.

We were in town visiting family. 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths was perfect for the family! This was the nicest place! It was clean and comfortable. The owner thought of the smallest details, which made our stay great! The location was close to the Hwy, making easier to get around. When I'm back for another visit, I will definitely see if this is available as my 1st choice!

Great House!!

We stayed at 255 for 4 days and the house feels very homey, the rooms are nice and clean and we loved the access to the car garage. Location its nice 15 minutes from the Tacoma Art Museum, Car Museum and the Museum of Glass. Julie, the host was great. 100% Recommend this place.

Comfortable

I had to go to WA for a funeral and having a nice comfortable house to go to each night. It’s was in close proximity of everything. Nice & quiet, would definitely stay there again.

Hi, I'm a mother, grandmother and local real estate broker and investor. This townhouse style duplex property is one that I had built. I live in the other side of the duplex so am available right away if you have any needs or concerns.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have lived in the Parkland neighborhood for many years, since 1992 and love it here. 3 of my 4 kids live in Parkland and two are raising their children here. The location is such that we are close to most of the local area cities, such as Puyallup, Lakewood, Tacoma, Spanaway and Graham.
I like being close to the Transit center so that it is easy to take a bus ride into downtown Tacoma, or to the Tacoma Mall, or out to Spanaway! I hope you like it here!

My property stands out because it still feels brand new. It has only been used as a short term rental and has never been lived in full time. So when you come and visit, it's like staying in a new place! I hope you like it!
I decorated the place with the intention of renting it on VRBO. It has new beds and mattresses and I have been told that they are very comfortable!
I have it professionally cleaned between guests, so you can rest assured it will be nice and clean when you get here!
