Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house right on Lake Tapps. The space features 2 queen beds and a fun bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests can unwind in two comfortable living areas, including a cozy office with a futon. With 2 bathrooms, one even offers a bathtub for a soothing soak. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re working out or just freshening up, you’ll find everything you need right here. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Lake Tapps and our superb house has to offer.
Come for Valentine's day, enjoy the World Cup in Seattle, or enjoy summer/winter break/the holidays !!
With the lake as your backyard, spend your time swimming, kayaking, playing in the arcade game room, or challenge each other to a game of foosball/ping pong and also pickleball. Game farm park is also just minutes away for soccer or tennis!

Owner suite is downstairs level but you will have the entire rental space for your privacy. This area as well as large garage is off limits.
Tenant lives in ADU.
Please do not use or occupy space beyond the Big Tree
