With close to 1800 square footage of living space inside the house, you’ll have plenty of room to enjoy and entertain guest if needed. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and two of the bedrooms have master en-suites! This would be perfect for two couples to enjoy a vacation together, but still have their own privacy. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Tile is throughout the house, except in one guest bedroom with the twin beds. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and white wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a breakfast bar top with stools for anyone to enjoy your morning breakfast. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast nook/dining area with enough seating for 6 people with a beautiful view of the golf course and pool. The living room/great room has two couches, as well as a sitting area to catch up on your reading. The home has three flat screen TVs for your television enjoyment, one in the living room, and one in each master bedrooms. Firesticks are provided for your streaming pleasure.

If you’re wanting Florida sun, you’ll enjoy the heated pool and pool deck overlooking the golf course. The pool is approximately 14’ x 29’ and has a westward view. The pool deck has plenty of room lounge and soak up the sun.

Is golf your pleasure? Rotonda West is known for its 5 golf courses, and Englewood itself has many more to compliment them! Rotonda West is a deed restricted community. It is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula. Boca Grande is only a short distance away, as well shopping, restaurants, nature trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, and many other great activities to enjoy during your stay. Rotonda also has a clubhouse that caters different entertainments opportunities. So please stop by the club house to see what is on schedule.

Englewood Beach Public Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property. Englewood has 4 different public beaches to explore. (Stump Pass, Chadwick Park, Blinds Pass, and Manasota Key Beach). Boca Grande is the same distance as Englewood Beach from the property and known for its clear waterways and historic light houses.

Looking to see Florida’s wildlife? Try taking a bike ride/walk on one of many nature trails that Englewood has to offer. One is only a short distance from the property at E. David Johnson Trailhead Cape Haze Pioneer Trail.
