The host was fantastic - welcoming and helpful and made everything easy! The property was beautiful (scenery and location), well kept up, and very well stocked for what was needed. I hope to be able to spend more vacations at this one!5 stars don’t seem enough!!

Great Memories

Our family so enjoyed Nature's Splendor, everything was perfect. Communication with Dave was outstanding, the property was maintained well we didn't need for anything. Beaches were nearby along with stores and restaurants. Our stay was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you to our host for hosting us. Definitely recommend for couples and families. Will be staying again.

Relaxing place near Boca Grande

We, a Swiss family with two teenagers enjoyed staying 12 days in this nice renovated house. The location is very quiet and just 15 minutes from the beautyful beaches of Boca Grande. We found everything as discribed in the presentation of Vrbo. We enjoyed the pool, large enough for real swimming, every day. Perfect location and size for 4 to explore this lovely area.

Home Away

Perfect location. Pool is beautiful, backyard is like a tropical oasis. One of the nicest places we have stayed at, and we travel often. Dave is a wonderful host, we enjoyed our stay very much :) . Thank you again for sharing your home with us and our furry friends!

Great House - Everything You Need

What a wonderful home and great host. House has everything you need/want for a great trip away from home (pool toys, beach items, grill, and close drive to beaches and restaurants) Friendly host, quick responses, and very knowledgeable about the area. Even our dog was sad to leave. We hope to come back soon!

Great stay in Rotonda

The villa is in an ideal location to explore many of the great parts of South West Florida. It has everything that you would need to enjoy a relaxing holiday and there wasn't anything which we felt was needed to add to our enjoyment. Dave ( the owner ) was really good to deal with and was always available if we needed to check anything with him. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. Hopefully we can make a return visit to the property in the near future !

Relaxing Winter Break

The stay was just what I needed and Dave was very accommodating and communicative. The neighborhood was quiet (very Rotunda West'ish) and what I was expecting having stayed in the area before. House was comfortable and clean. I'm looking forward to coming back. :)

Rest and recuperation assured

There are many fantastic properties on Rotonda of which this is one, however what sets this apart from the rest is the owner. Dave is always available and will do everything possible to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Getting up each morning and sitting by the pool with a coffee watching the wildlife world wake up was one of the many highlights. The pool is great, beds comfortable and the area is so peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended!!!!

Shelter during construction

We used this property while our home was being repaired. Dave went above and beyond helping us out with a place to stay! He was always available to us. We were able to stay longer when our situation changed. If you need a place to stay don’t hesitate to rent Dave’s place.

Fantastic house and pool!!!

We absolutely loved the pool- it was perfect ( we wanted to take it home with us 😆) The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was really nice to have tv’s in every bedroom. The scenery when sitting by the pool was gorgeous! Thank you Dave! It was so easy to communicate with you and you really seem to care to make our stay the possibly best! We definitely hope to rent your home again in the future 🌴☀️

Nature's Beauty and Everything we Needed

This is a lovely, relaxing property and the host has thoughtfully provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are lots of kitchen supplies, linens, bedding, and a large, comfortable dining table. Furniture was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view from the lanai out to the pond, along with the impressive native trees and shrubs. So relaxing and quiet. Flocks of ibis, sand hill cranes, egrets and herons were visible from the lanai. The water in the heated pool was clean and welcome. Dave was an excellent host who communicated in a very friendly and timely manner. It is obvious he loves his property and has taken time to make his guests as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

Christmas Vacation!

This vacation rental is one of the nicer homes in the older Oakland Hills section of Rotonda West. Home was clean and the rooms and furnishings were exactly as pictured in listing. The lanai and pool were the highlight of the property! Even though the weather was cooler than usual, we were still able to use the pool (and we appreciated that pool heat was included in the rental price). The home was well-stocked with any and everything you could need. We saw lots of wildlife – birds, squirrels, and even a bobcat! Dave, the property manager, was friendly and helpful.

Bungalow with a view and more

There were many things we enjoyed about this adorable bungalow. In addition to our 2 large furry babies being allowed (1st priority), the location was situated in a subdivision that was quiet and easily accessible. The back yard offered a beautiful view of a variety of birds wading in the large pond behind the house. Sitting poolside every morning, while enjoying a cup of coffee, became a relaxing routine as well as in the evening as we watched the sun set. Lush foliage in well-manicured gardens wrapped the house. The property was well-appointed, overall clean and comfortable.

Perfect

Aside from the house being beautifully kept, clean and well stocked, the location was in close proximity to beautiful beaches. The neighborhood was very quiet right next to a golf course. The afternoon breeze by the large screened in pool was a huge plus in high 80 deg weather. But most of all, Dave the owner, was super helpful and friendly and pointed us in the right direction when We had trouble with our vehicle. He extended our stay until the truck was fixed and We could not have had a better host!! Thank you, Dave We will be back!

Great Place to Unwind

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home for three weeks in November. What a beautiful setting. Very quiet. The largest heated pool of any rental that we have ever stayed in with open views overlooking a large lake. The home has everything to make your stay complete. The best well stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in. The rental is minutes away from several gulf beaches and is also walking distance to numerous community golf courses. Dave the owner and property manager was exceptional and was always quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay. Thank you Dave for providing us with a great rental experience. Peaceful quiet neighborhood and street. Lush tropical plants and trees. Western view over small lake / pond offers incredible sunsets! Many fabulous birds gather around the water here. Abundant wildlife. The trees, plants and small lake allow for golf course views while also providing a buffer for privacy. Best of both!
