Nice Spaces, Safe & Quiet Area

This house provided a great space for our daughter’s Sweet 16 Sleepover. MUCH MUCH better than getting 3 hotel rooms! We had dinner & then went to the house for games, S’mores, the hot tub & a sleepover.

Huge, fun, modern, and clean vacation vacation house

We loved staying here. There is tons of sleeping space and multiple entertainment rooms. The yard, decks, grill, and hot ton are great amenities. Daniel was very friendly and communicative and the area was awesome. I’d definitely com back!

The home was immaculate and just a short drive from the wedding venue at Legacy Lodge and the wedding party villas. Wonderful escape from the chaos of wedding festivities during the down times!

Great Place to stay on the Lake!

We stayed here in December while visiting family in Flowery Branch. It is a beautiful home, was very clean and decorated so nicely for Christmas with a beautiful Christmas tree! The furnished basement includes all kinds of games for kids of all ages. Our family had a great time playing down there and sitting out on the deck by the fire pit. This is definitely a home to come back to. Do not hesitate booking here!

Girls Gone Mild

I can't say enough good things about this property & its owner. The house was clean, cozy with an amazing view of water. We enjoyed the golf cart for travel to island for drinks & spa appointments. The hot tub & fire pit were an added bonus for our girls weekend. The owner was extremely attentive & communicative. We hated to leave!

Girls get away

The house was just lovely. The little details throughout the property really made you feel like a guest in someone’s home. We had a wonderful time. We wish we could have had a fire in the fireplace but that was only a small disappointment.

Wow! Just wow!!

We’ve never been to Lake Lanier and wanted to experience staying near the water’s edge. We found Daniel’s listing and thought it would be perfect for a reunion with friends. From the moment you step into the home, you are stunned with the view especially at sunset. This place has everything we could need plus a little more. There was more than enough sleeping spaces and two large gathering rooms with large screen tvs and gaming devices (skeeball, air hocky and foosball). He stayed in constant communication with us regarding specifics with the house and always replied quickly. At the end of our stay, everyone agreed this should be our new yearly tradition. Cannot say enough about what great memories that we made.

Everything you need to relax

Loved everything about this house. Great space to spread out and also be together. The house is appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. Super close to Lanier Islands and Margaritaville at Lake Lanier. Daniel our host was fabulous! He was highly responsive, attentive and accommodating. During our stay a tornado hit and knocked out the Wi-Fi. He proactively came to the house took care of it without us having time to even ask! Perfect host and we cannot wait to stay again!

This property is wonderful. Perfect bedroom setup for our family of 5 and older teens. Each teen had their own space and the game room downstairs offered endless entertainment and a space for them to get away! Hot tub was awesome and access to the golf cart to drive around, fish, and enjoy the island was so fun. Surround sound in both living rooms was amazing.

While we enjoy hosting a variety of groups from wedding parties, family reunions, birthdays, and friends getting together, we generally cater the home to families with young children like our own.

The views of the lake and the proximity to the marina, local restaurants, and Lake Lanier Islands Resort and Margaritaville are why we chose this neighborhood. There are countless things to do in the area and we enjoy each season as it comes by from the water park in Margaritaville in the summer to Snow Island in the winter.
