Relax on the porch, share meals, or enjoy game nights. A short walk takes you to the shared dock with exclusive use of the left boat slip for swimming, fishing, or boating.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property! Please be mindful of the neighbors and watch your step when you walk to the lake.
Other things to note
House Rules
No parties or events – We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized gatherings. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
Only registered guests are allowed – No unregistered visitors are permitted on the property.
Quiet hours – Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM to maintain a peaceful stay for all.
No smoking or vaping inside – Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee.
No pets allowed – Our home is not pet-friendly and does not have a fenced yard.

Septic & Water System
The home runs on a septic system, so please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes (even if labeled flushable), or anything else.
We are on well water. The refrigerator has a filtered water system for drinking. If you notice a brown tint in the toilet bowls, don’t worry—it’s natural minerals in the water and completely safe.

Dock & Boat Slip Access
Guests have access to the dock, which is shared only with our other home next door.
A dedicated 26-foot boat slip is reserved for your use.
The dock is a 3-minute walk from the house.
Please respect the space and do not enter the neighboring home or property.

Safety & Security
We have exterior security cameras monitoring the front and back porches, driveway, and yards 24/7. We receive motion notifications and have access to recorded footage at all times. This is for the safety of both guests and the property.
Any unauthorized guests, illegal activity, or parties will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
Late check-outs must be pre-approved. Unapproved late check-outs may result in an additional charge.

General Housekeeping
Please take out the trash before checkout and place it in the designated outdoor bins.
Any damage or excessive mess must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
