The apartment consists of a bright and welcoming hall entrance, 3 spacious and bright bedrooms ready for 6 people. 2 modern bathrooms, a south-facing terrace with lots of sun and with stunning views over the ocean, mountains and the urbanization, completely furnished with high quality sofas, dining table and sunbeds. A great place to watch the sunset, a spacious and bright living /dining room with direct access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, free community parking space a large community pool with relaxing area equipped with fitted garden furniture and a children pool.
The entire apartment is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture in Scandinavian style.

The popular Princess Diana Park is among many attractions in the area. The beach at Riviera del Sol is usually less crowded and has its own chiringuito (beach restaurant) where they serve food and drinks all day.
There are numerous golf courses within 20 minutes drive, including the Miraflores Golf Club. Easy road access to Marbella and Fuengirola. Sports facilities are within short distance. It is always a pleasure to walk around the area on the tree-lined avenues adorned with tropical palms and beautiful flowers. The atmosphere is multicultural and cozy.
