Overlook Nature Preserve en privado 5 Dormitorio Waterfront Home

Se trata de una casa de estilo único de tres vainas en una zona tranquila que ofrece la mejor vista de la isla de Marco. Esta casa no es en un canal, sino en un cuerpo de agua escénica conocida como Santuario de sonido, un paraíso para los amantes de la naturaleza de los delfines y manatíes tímidos. Cada vela de la mañana y por la noche ya que cientos de aves tropicales vuelan sobre el agua en la formación de V.

El salón se abre a través de puertas corredizas de vidrio en la zona de terraza seleccionados con una gran piscina, jacuzzi, plantas tropicales, y asientos al aire libre. Más allá de la zona de terraza, hay una ruta de acceso al muelle privado, donde se puede pescar en su propio patio trasero o atracar un barco alquilado o otras embarcaciones.

La casa tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y una amplia sala de estar y comedor. Cada una de las tres vainas tiene su propia habitación principal grande con camas de tamaño completo de baño y rey. Hay dos habitaciones dobles con baño adicionales. Cuatro habitaciones tienen vistas panorámicas al agua, y todas tienen televisión. Hay un garaje para dos coches con las instalaciones completas de lavandería. La unidad de círculo ofrece estacionamiento adicional.

Sol, nadar y descansar en medio de las hermosas vistas del santuario de sonido. Puede parecer que estás millas de la civilización, pero que está a pocos minutos de tiendas, restaurantes, y las hermosas playas de la isla de Marco.

Wow! That was our expression when we first walked in. Pictures did not do this property justice. I brought my wife, 3 college kids, there significant others and my mother-in-law down here for a relaxing vacation and we all enjoyed it tremendously. The pool is big, the views were amazing and the house super comfortable with all your needs. A well stocked kitchen and plenty of pool and beach towels so it’s just less to pack. We are going to rent again next summer just working on a date.

Great family gathering

The property was as advertised. Beautiful location on the water and it was very clean. The pod concept worked great for our extended family gathering. We had a great time and would go back again.

Great stay

The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The unique layout was great for our 3 families. The pool was a nice size and the lanai was large with lots of seating. We would definitely stay again. We just wish we could have been able to use the boat lift for our rental boat.

Thanksgiving getaway

The property is located in a very tranquil spot. The views are gorgeous and it’s very quiet. The layout of the home is unlike any other, but in a great way for families traveling together. It’s nice to have the common area and then the separate living space for each family. If you have young kids that don’t know how to swim just be aware that the pool area is not enclosed and is accessed right out each of the doors. The hot tub was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the renovated bathrooms are very nice. This was our first time visiting the island and really loved the beaches and close proximity to restaurants and stores. We rated this stay a 4 due to a few items that would improve the space- 1. Taking care of the abundance of ants in the kitchen 2. The grill was not useable during our stay and was filthy 3. Blackout shades or curtains in the bedroom would be a plus. We thoroughly appreciated the quick response from the property manager who came right over to remedy the ant issue, however, the owner of the property should really consider using an exterminator based on the number of them in the kitchen and this is likely a recurring problem if traps were already there. Would this keep us from visiting again? No. We really enjoyed our stay and our kids will be talking about it for weeks. Thank you for sharing your home!

This is a lovely property. The pod layout wouldn’t work for all, but was great for our group of 2 families. Pool & views are wonderful as is the property.

We all had a great time at this location. The home is absolutely gorgeous. Wish there was more to do on the island & more convenient beach parking. Aside from that, we had a great vacation!

Wonderful, clean, high-end updates.

Amazing. Pool was heated perfectly, hot tub was large & worked great. Access from each living quarters to main house & pool was great. All the bath & beach towels were seriously luxurious! We have nothing bad to say at all, will definitely plan to come back.

Beautiful home with great fishing

We were returning renters because the “pod” house was perfect for our extended family in the past. We thought it couldn’t get any better than our previous visit but it did. New beautiful furniture, redecorating with lovely color scheme, new beds, wood- look tile flooring throughout and really nice high-end linens. It was once again, a fantastic property!

Amazing Separated but together feel stay

This place was wonderful. They house is divided into sections, so everyone had their own wing of the home. In the middle there is the pool which was gorgeous and well kept. From there you can see the amazing view of your lake in the back yard. The home even came with snacks! Small items just in case you may need things from face wash to shampoo and towels. This is the perfect place for family trips if you want to have your own privacy at night but many places to gather during the day. Will book again if I ever come to this location!!

Beautiful House & Location

Beautiful views! The location is gorgeous and we loved swimming in the pool, fishing from the dock, and watching for manatees and dolphins. House was well maintained and property manager was responsive with small concerns.

This house is spectacular! The pods are set up perfect for all families. The home is immaculately cleaned, completely stocked and 100% up to date. We loved the pool, fishing off the dock and yelling BIRDS every night! Wonderful memories!!

Beautiful and tranquil home on sanctuary sound

This is a beautiful and functional quite unique home with amazing scenery and easy water access. Stayed with my parents and my brother and his family and my family and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us. Pool/hot tub were awesome for cooling off after a hot day on the boat or at the beach. It was a great place to relax and forget about the quarantine for a week! :) Check in and out were easy, property manager Patrick was very helpful with the one issue we had and got it taken care of quickly. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay on Stillwater Court. This house is amazing!! We will definitely be back. It is so beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are are fabulous, the showers are like a spa. Have stayed at many houses in Marco and this house by far is my favorite. ❤️🐬☀️

Wonderful Place to Stay on Marco Island!

We have very fond memories of our week in the Stillwater Court house. Our group comprised of three generations (six adults, three kids), so it was nice that the house is divided into three separate sleeping areas that provided privacy but also offered a large great room with kitchen, dining table and sofas for shared time. The heated pool and spa were fabulous and having the bay right outside the back of the house meant we were treated to natural dolphin shows almost every day of our stay. Having stayed in several rental homes in the US and Europe, I have to say that I was impressed by the variety of items that were available throughout the house. The kitchen, which seems to have been beautifully redone not too long ago, contained the extras we needed to make meals at home: electric mixer, salad spinner, measuring cups, top quality knives, and even a wide range of spices. There were plenty of towels including bath, pool/beach, kitchen and paper. All three kids gave a thumbs up to the pool toys available for use. There were two patio tables and plenty of chairs so we were able to have meals pool-side. Booking the house was very easy, I received a prompt reply from the owner's representative via email and she was very friendly and helpful on the phone. We were emailed detailed information and a map for finding the house. My husband and I agreed that we would love to return to this house and would recommend it without hesitation.

Met de familie het huis 1 week bewoond. Kamer verdeling prima, de keuken niet geheel schoon. De woning is enigszins verouderd, maar wel praktisch. Prima week gehad, elke ochtend dolfijnen langs zien zwemmen. De housekeeping mag iets intensiever schoonmaken.

AMAZING family vacation home!

We just got back from a short but amazing vacation here at this incredible property overlooking the sanctuary- We were a group of 9 people total.....The home was in amazing condition!!! There were many amenities, and everything we needed was right there- We actually did not leave the home because we would be in the pool all day long! The view was spectacular! There so many towels, fresh linens, etc.... We took a nice bike ride around the amazing neighborhood! we were so pleased with the house, the accommodations, and the setting! We were all very sad to leave, but we are already planning to come back very soon. Thank you very much for sharing this spectacular home!!!
