Fully equipped 130m2 apartment is part of a building built in 1882 which is declared as cultural heritage of Ljubljana. Carefully selected design will help you feel luxurious and comfortable at the same time. Even if you are alone or in 7 it'll suit you perfectly and you'll all be sleeping on the beds. 4 More additional people could use sofas in the living-room.

Park your car on a secured free private parking and have a nice 10-15min walk along the Ljubljanica river to the Old Town. Calm and safe neighborhood among the locals. Free WIFI is also included. 2 local supermarkets are across the street.

The space
GENERAL: (E&E Apartments 4 stars - 100% privacy)
Apartment is a very bright place with the size of 130m2 and can easily accommodate the family of 7 or 3 couples of 6 without affecting their comfort too much. Even if you are a single traveler or someone who like high tech appliances or not at all the apartment will nicely accommodate you too. High ceilings of 3.7m can surely bring some thoughts about the past.
Free WIFI as free parking place are also part of this apartment. Which has all together 4 secured parking places. One of them right at the entrance door. Apartment is on the ground floor. Windows do have a way to create privacy if needed and windows do also have bars as a part of a buildings design itself and to create some safety.
Heating of the apartment is done by the heat-pump while cooling by the air-condition.
Apartment isn't shared once booked - our guests have 100% privacy.

ROOMS:
Rooms in the apartment are separated with thick walls aprox. 60cm thick. It consists of 4 separated bedrooms of which 3 of them has king size beds (210x180) and one single bed bedroom (210x90). Bed-linens, towels, slippers etc. provided. In wardrobes you'll also find hangers, extra pillows, extra blankets. Ironing table as iron are also accessible for free.

LIVING ROOM:
Living room has LCD TV with a flat screen, DVD player. Connect your smart device via blue-tooth chromecast 2.0 to a TV and stream content like your NETFLIX, video games etc. Never miss a show or your favorite episode.

KITCHEN:
Apartment has separated kitchen with a dining table. In kitchen among other accessories you'll also find toaster, espresso machine, microwave… The tap water is safe to drink.

BATHROOM:
Bathroom contains a shower with 300L of hot water on 55C heated by a heat pump. It also contains other amenities as shampoo, hair-dryer... and all of the necessary appliances for a 4 star categorization. Towels, bathrobes...

PARKING:
Apartment has it's own free secured private parking. From where you can reach the Old Town on foot. Otherwise the apartment is located in no free parking zone. Closer to the Old Town more expensive it gets to park your car. Every Saturday and Sunday parking on the street is for free. Otherwise it cost the cheapest 0.70EUR/hour. Garages with exception - more expensive. So it will cost you cca 17EUR/day outside and cca 33EUR/day in a garage. With no nightly prices taken in count.

Apartment:
Access to everything - feel like it's your home. Complete and uninterrupted access to all areas of entire apartment (Kitchen, Living-room, Bedrooms, Bathroom). Access to free WIFI in entire property. After check-in you'll be given a remote control for uninterrupted access to apartments private parking place where you can park your car free of charge.
I'm always just a call away anyway :)

Old Town is 10 to 15min on foot away from the apartment.

Airport:
If you need the airport shuttle please inform us in advance so we can arrange it for you. (this service costs extra)

a.) We do understand that for many reasons mistakes happen (fatigue, rush...). But please. Double check if the number of guests on your reservation invoice match the number of guests who'll actually come to the apartment. We will charge any additional person who come outside vrbo on the site.

b.) Tourist tax:
Note that government of Slovenia imposes a tourist tax of 3.13 EUR to be paid by every person over 7 years old per night.
The tax is small price to pay in exchange for clean streets, well maintained roads, good facilities etc.

-"Yes, free WIFI and free secured parking are available. To the Tripple Bridge is approx 10-15min on foot."

2.) "How long is your house far from Ljubljana bus station?"
- "From main bus station in Ljubljana to my apartment there is approximately 10-15 min walking distance. If you are a group of 7 people with luggage, I would recommend taking 2 cabs (we can recommend taxi service)."

3.) "Ervin quick question - how do we turn on the air conditioning?"
- "White remote controller next to the sound-speaker. Push the button "ON". Than press button "swing" few times to make it blow down into the ground."

4.) "Ervin we are planning on leaving very early in the morning. What should we do with the keys?"
- "Tell me the time and i'll be there to receive the keys."

5.) "I saw that check in was at 12. I was just interested before renting your home if it would be okay for a later check in because I don't get off work until 16:30 and it will take 2 hours to drive there from Italy. Please let me know if this is okay."
-"Yes no problem. Just tell me the exact time of your arrival so i can be there for you. Or you can call me 30min before so i can be there on time."

6.) "We are required to justify our expenses individually. Because of this, we would be very pleased if you could prepare our invoices individually for Friday (the day we're leaving), one bill for each person. I hope there is no problem."
- "Sure no problem about that."

7.) "Since I will not be able to personally check-in, two of my companions will go there at that hour to pick up the keys. Should they bring all our ID's or just their two cards?"
-"They should bring all your ID's."

8.) "Are there any other foreign people coming to the apartment?"
-"Never. Once you book the apartment it's yours and you have your own privacy for your booked period."
