"Take the Scenic Route"

This beautiful home is nestled in the middle of a 9 acre property with oaks and natural surrounding. With it's rustic décor, spacious 5 bedrooms and relaxing back porch. This 3600 sq ft home is perfect for work or vacation. Large master, walk-in shower, and pool table upstairs. The town of Fairhope is a brief 10 minute drive. also minutes away from Tryon sport park, 40 minutes to the beaches of Gulf Shores and brief ride to the interstate.
This house also has an outdoor shower for the get back to nature kind of folks, barbque pit, wood burning fire place and outdoors fire pit. Come enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Parties and special events are not allowed without special request.

Some great spots visit are Allagator Ally, Alabama Battle Ship, Bellingrath Gardens, beautiful white sandy beaches and so much more. If you are hear on business the house has internet access, Mobile is 30 minutes away and Pensacola is 1 hour away.
Other things to note
It is important to remember that it is a wooded property and with is comes critters. We have deer, coyote and snakes. The cats keep the critters away from the house. We keep the grass cut and you are welcome to walk around the property, just keep your eyes open.....

Originally hard to find the house since house is in fenced yard somewhat hidden by trees and house number not on the fence. Host is extremely nice and response quickly with any questions. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have choice of coffee makers. Not an organized kitchen but very spacious with lots of counter space. Would stay there again.

It was perfect for our family...Father & his wife in the master downstairs, brother and his wife in bottom floor extra bedroom, my wife and I in upstairs bedroom, 2 kids in one bedroom and 1 more kid in another. ONLY drawback was a temporary ac unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms, which took an hr of getting used to. Very spacious, easy to enter and exit, clear directions for check in and check out, and really pretty property. LOVED the front and rear porches. Hard to say a bad thing about the property. Could use some new pots and pans, but not anything that would take a start away from their rating.

A Quiet Place in a Busy Space

This property was perfect for our large group! Terri is a great hostess, who is responsive to any needs. The house is very conveniently located to things in the Daphne, Fairhope, and Mobile areas. Even though it is near these busy areas, it was a quiet retreat.

Home away from home

We were in town for our son's wedding and were so happy to be able to have all of our family under one roof. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location

The wooded location was peaceful and we enjoyed the large deck overlooking trees. The house is quite spacious and decorated to make you feel right at home. The pool table upstairs was a bonus! Parking in the garage made it so easy to load and unload the car. Owners live near property and were amazingly kind to work with and speedy to communicate! Highly recommend, Would love to stay again!

Lovely house, lovely host

We booked this rental for a large group as we were all attending a family wedding in Daphne. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive both before and throughout the stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the game room upstairs.

Daphne delight

Felt at home as soon as we walked in. Loved being in a woodsy area. The house had all the amenities that we needed. Enjoyed the swing on the porch! Hope to stay there again when we are in the area!!!!

Family stay for daughters wedding

While In Daphne this house was about a 12-16 min drive to all our wedding venues in the nearby town of Loxley Al. It also suited our crew of 10 with 5 bedrooms. Only the one king but for our purposes it worked. Next to a city road but the rear facing a wooded area and the house next door 200-300 ft away we felt we had enough privacy and the road noise wasn’t a thing for us. There is a garage but not accessible to renters which makes the load and unload a little more cumbersome. House is nice enough with hardwood and granite. A nice front porch and large rear deck with a grill …looked to be very nice but our schedule didn’t allow for much in that regard. If we were to need a house for events in Daphne or the 59 Hwy area …(one of the main roads that leads to Alabama beaches) we’d use this house again. It isn’t tangential to beaches ….but the east Bay Area, Daphne, Fairhope, Loxley, Robertsdale areas would all be doable for groups of 8-10 you can work it out. I’d recommend this property.

Wonderful hosts

Teri was a wonderful host. She was always available, and as she is just a short walk through the woods was always close at hand. Our party of 10 hand plenty of room and we never felt cramped in this property. As a bonus the dog, Nola, was a big hit with our small grandchildren, whenever she came over to say hi

Family Getaway

Great property for our extended family to meet for our nieces wedding in Fairhope. House was large and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone s comfort. Can’t think of anything that could have made it better except more time. Would definitely book again.

Mobile Alabama visit

We stayed here it was a beautiful home. We had extended family stay here there was 9 total and had plenty of room for everyone. The yard is beautiful and a good location. I would 100% recommend this home if wanting to stay in Mobile area. The homeowner had quick responses as well.
