If you're ready to do a little fishing, this updated, single-level home is a fantastic option for visiting anglers as easy access to the Bay is less than a mile away. You'll also be conveniently close to town for shopping and dining while the island is nearby for beach goers! Check out local parks like Parker, Wranosky, and South Bay Park, all within four miles of your door, while the Grove, the Lozano Golf Center, and the historic Brewster Street Ice House, for great food and live entertainment, are all less than 20 miles away.

Updated throughout, this warm and inviting home boasts a colorful, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a table and chairs ready for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with matching sofas and a cable TV for movie nights.

Outside, the fun really begins with a furnished deck, a covered patio with two picnic tables, a gas grill for family cookouts, a firepit, and a private pool. You'll also find a large, fenced yard where the kids or the family dogs can run and play.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
