☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆

Each of our 3 upstairs bedrooms features a Queen bed, with premium Sweetnight hybrid mattresses and a selection of pillows for your comfort. Crisp white California Design Den linens (a favorite with Oprah!) ensure a serene nights’ sleep. Each bedroom has a quiet central air unit, plus ceiling fans.

The front bedroom opens directly onto the upstairs balcony. Wake up and smell the ocean! Have your morning coffee in the sea breeze.

There is also a fold-out sofa bed in the living room which comfortably sleeps 2 additional guests.
*Please note our standard booking is for the 3 bedrooms only. If you wish to use additional beds there is an extra fee. Please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you*

Our upstairs full bathroom features a shower and claw-foot tub. We stock quality natural bath products, and offer a range of small extras such as spare toothbrushes. Each guest is provided a selection of plush white hotel quality towels. We also supply premium beach towels.


☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆

The spacious kitchen is outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. We also offer the staples (oil, salt & pepper, spices) you would want for easy meal prep.

The dining room table can seat up to six, and the eat-in kitchen additionally offers seating for 4.

For outdoor cooking we have a BBQ on the back patio, with some BBQ utensils and a spare propane tank.


☆☆ LOUNGE SPACE ☆☆

The lounge on the main level has a comfy
L-shaped sofa, additional seating and a cute reading nook. There’s also a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, plus a collection of fun games.

The main door opens onto the front patio, with a seating area where you can unwind. We like to enjoy a cheese plater and a glass of wine in the afternoon :)


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

While you’ll probably spend much of your time on the beach, the house also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to relax on the front porch and watch the world go by, or enjoy a morning coffee or sunset cocktail on the upstairs balcony. On the back patio there are string lights to provide ambient lighting, with a BBQ and outdoor dining table for al fresco meals.


To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with a Ring camera featuring audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:
- Street in front of the house
- Entrance to the property

Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces.


☆☆ BEACH ACCESS ☆☆

Your stay includes 6 complementary beach passes (additional passes may be bought on the Viply app, kids under 12 go free). We also offer a selection of beach gear including towels, chairs & loungers, umbrellas, blankets, coolers, and some beach toys for kids.

We’re located at the south end of Ocean Grove. The beach here tends to be less crowded than in Asbury and the water a bit calmer, which can be great for kids.

☀Please note our listing is for 3 bedrooms, which can sleep up to 6 people. Our standard booking does not include the use of additional fold-out beds. We have a comfy pull-out sofa bed for occasional extra guests only, for an added charge of $100 per guest per night. If you wish to use the extra bed, please let us know at the time of booking so the cleaning team can prepare it, and please make the booking for 7 or 8 people (this will automatically add the extra bed charge).

☀We are pet friendly, but you must let us know about any pets at the time of booking. The pet fee is $70 per pet per stay. Please note that pets are not allowed on the beds. We provide pet amenities including a donut bed for smaller dogs and cats; for larger pets please bring your own pet bedding.

☀ Our house is one of the 100 oldest homes in Neptune, and is listed as a Key Historic Structure. It has lots of character and charm, but please also expect the quirks that come with an older home, such as wonky floors. The house has been thoughtfully decorated in a vintage style, and feels like a cozy home.

☀ Ocean Grove is all free street parking. It can get busy in summer especially on weekends. We're in the quiet end of town so it's usually not too hard to find a spot here. There's also a small beach parking lot at the end of our street, which is free when you show your beach pass.

☀ Absolutely no loud parties allowed. We use the NoiseAware noise decibel monitoring system. Smart tech alerts us to sustained loud noise at the property & messages the guest (no sound is recorded, only noise levels are monitored). Repeated alerts will result in guests being asked to leave the property without refund. We love our neighbors and want to ensure they are not disturbed.

☀ Please note that the local Township of Neptune requires hosts to get a Certificate of Occupancy for each new guest, before they can check in. Once you have booked, you'll need to provide us the names of each guest, and contact info for the main tenant - we will take care of the rest.
