Apartment in Refurbished bldg w/Gym access
The Hideaway is located within the Sawyer Building.
To enter you access thru the front door of Workout 24/7. (you will have access to the gym during your entire stay).
The apartment has been recently completed and has all new pots, pans, bedding, beds and more! Staying here in our quaint little town is a quick trip to Red Wing, Zumbrota, 40minutes to Rochester. Quick trip to area breweries, bike trails and more.
There are 2 access points out of the apartment but there are no windows in the apartment.
The space
Sleeping arrangement: 1 queen bed/private room
1 full bed located in the loft. One climbs a ladder to get up there.
You can relax in the studio apartment, you have a full kitchen, full bath, the place is cozy and relaxing...it has all the things you need!
As noted previously, the apartment is located in the heart of a commercial building on the other side of the queen bdrm wall is the hair salon. Occasionally distant voices can be heard from that side.
We do have a pack and play available. If you need it, please request ahead of time and we will have it on site for your arrival.
Guest access
You will have full use of the gym, the apartment, and are able to use the grill/patio area in the back.
Other things to note
We are about a 10 minute drive to Red Wing, 10 minute drive to Zumbrota, 40-45 minutes to Rochester and an hour to Minneapolis.
Occasionally the faint sound of weights being dropped may be heard-

Hello! Our names are Travis and Lana Huemann. Thanks for stopping in and checking out our property! We enjoy hosting and enjoy real estate. We have refurbished two properties and transformed them into Short term rentals. We enjoy traveling and staying at STR so we tried to create and provide an environment that we would like to stay in.
We are pleased with the results and hope you will be as well! We have self- checkin and and typically leave the guest to do there thing...however we are very available if something is needed and the guest needs any assistance!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
This property has so much history!!! It is one of the oldest buildings in Goodhue and has seen a lot of changes over the last 100+ years. When we purchased it, it had been sitting empty for a few years after there was a fire in the restaurant. Travis and I purchased it and begin bringing this beautiful building back to life and made it very functional! We are from Goodhue, raised our 5 kids here and love that people can come and stay in our quaint little town.

Having a full gym attached to the apartment is such a perk for those who like to keep there fitness routine consistent while they are away. Also, if you plan ahead, you could schedule a hair appointment with the hair stylist in the building or schedule a wax, eye lash appointment or many of the other services the aesthetician provides. One block up is a newer bakery in town called The Bake Shoppe with has amazing fresh baked products by the local Mennonites.
