We very carefully pick our vacation place every year and hope it is what the pictures and description look like. We also paid more than we usually do for less than a full week but thought it would be worth it. The furniture was so filthy, the place didn’t feel very clean, the one room downstairs had a furnace in it that was extremely loud, which made it impossible for my parents to sleep at night, there was no disclosure about it. All of that put a damper on our whole stay. We had to sit on bedspreads that we found in closets to put over the couches because my family didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the furniture. The garage barely fit one car, the furniture was filthy, two beds were broken, one of which my husband managed to fix good enough on his own so that we could sleep in it. They did send someone out to replace one of the beds boxspring. The response times were very long and it’s just not what we expected at all. The pool was also between buildings and was completely shaded for the most part so our kids did not swim at all. We do a beach vacation once a year and are just very disappointed. Wish I would’ve been able to read other honest reviews before choosing this place to stay.

Place met our needs of bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces. Pool area was nice, In need of an update. Walls need painted, furniture is severely stained, bed frame does not fit mattress, tabletop of deck furniture is a safety hazard. Would not book this place again.

Great place for a moms and daughters get away

We came with a group of moms and teenage girls for the Fourth of July. It worked out really well, anything we needed in the kitchen was there, the balconies were nice to have, everything was clean. The only negative might be that the linen’s, specifically, the towels were not great. There are two bedrooms on the second level and two bedrooms on the fourth level with the kitchen and living room in between. Works out really well for a group like ours where the Moms stayed on the second level and the teenagers stayed on the fourth. Lots of stairs, though! All in all would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a girls getaway

We had a great time at this house for a girls weekend in August. The house was clean, slept comfortably. Great spacious kitchen and living room with everything you need. Bathrooms on every floor were very nice. It has its own driveway right off of costal highway instead of being off of a side street, so once we navigated that it was smooth sailing. Two of the four spots are on the street but it really was very easy to find parking around. So close to the beach too!! A very easy walk. Lots to do in the area. Easy access at the check in time. Overall a great time thank you!

Spring Break Vaca

The stay was fine it did say welcome on the board but it was another Family name lol. The second bedroom upstairs kept loosing the internet that was annoying but over all it was okay.

Vacay Report

Easy check-in process...Property was nicely decorated and proximity to beach, restaurants and attractions (putt-putt) was a plus. A little far from the OC boardwalk but that was fine with me! The inside could have used a coat of paint and community pool was a little small but this did not deter the fun we had and the family memories created. The Property Manager is Top-Notch and would rate a 10..

Wasn’t worth the money

Every ceiling fan had so much dust on the fan blades you could see. And the walls were never wiped down (heavy traffic areas).Was promised 4 parking spaces only room for 1 vehicle in garage and one on the side. The two other people had to park somewhere else. Paid for towels and sheets. No sheets for the pullout bed and the air mattress looked gross and only a enough room for a toddler. Was short 4 towels and zero towels for the kitchen. Heck there weren’t even oven mits. Every bike had so kind of damage either a pedal missing, damage fender, etc. The positives is that it’s close to the beach. But definitely would have stayed further away to have the things I was promised.

Overall easy check in and fun but was unable to find parking for the 3rd and 4th cars since it was said 4 cars can park in the message.
