45 minutes from Sangster International Airport is the seaside community of Duncan Bay, a hidden gem where you will be spending a memorable beach vacation with family or friends. Immediately the sound of the waves of the Caribbean Sea welcomes you, it is calling you to see more. Take a short stroll to the pristine white sands of Duncan Bay Beach, it seems like you can see for miles. The villa is adjacent to Jacob Taylor Beach, a public beach and fishing village with local restaurants and bars serving as a watering hole to locals. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of a white noise machine provided in each bedroom or to the sounds of Caribbean beats from our neighbors at Jacob Taylor Beach.

Upon your arrival, you and your guests will be pleased to find that a clean, spacious home awaits you. If you so choose our wonderful housekeeper Althea will have a hot meal and a cold drink ready for you also. Althea’s services, to include laundry, cleaning, and cooking are included in your stay if you so desire. Purchase of groceries for which the guest is responsible can be arranged either via Althea or with the local grocer (5 minutes away) who offers delivery service.

A comfortable night’s sleep awaits in any one of the three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have king-sized beds, complete with en-suite bathrooms for your convenience. The living room may also be used to comfortably sleep two additional guests on the daybed with pop-up trundle – a fourth bathroom is available for their convenience as well. Every room in this home is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep the home as cool as possible. Though there is no air-conditioning in the living room, louvered windows in both the living and dining rooms can be opened to allow a cross-breeze, and standing fans are also provided.

You will find it a pleasure to wake up in the morning to a light-filled fully equipped kitchen where you can make a hot cup of coffee with the Ninja coffee maker and enjoy your breakfast inside or outside in the front garden. Indulge in an early morning stroll along the beach – you may be accompanied by our local furry friends, the “brown dog posse” as I playfully refer to them as who enjoy seeing people. If you’re up early enough you may see the local fishermen going out to sea for that fresh seafood catch cooked up at the bars & restaurants at Jacob Taylor Beach next door – a fishing village and craft market.

When you’re not spending time at the beach, relaxing in the front garden, or catching up on your favorite TV shows in the living room, Sea Miracle is right in between some of the most beautiful attractions in Jamaica – from Falls to Caves, cruises to lagoons, snorkeling & scuba, all are within a 45 minute drive from Duncan Bay as we are located right between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, so there’s ample opportunity to explore the natural beauty and wonder that is Jamaica!
