The host, Molly, was wonderful! We booked a small studio near the beach, but Molly called us b we ore our stay to let us know a pipe burst in the studio. Thankfully, she had another beach cottage available that was an amazing upgrade—free of charge. It was a pleasant experience all the way through, and we’ll definitely be staying again :).

The host was incredible about helping to set us up as we had had delays for our flight. She’s been provided a video showing how to get in. everything was clean, convenient, and little extras to make this stay enjoyable!

The studio was a quaint, comfy guest house with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation!Molly gives you a link with all of the attractions, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and important things to know.We had a wonderful stay and will look to book again in the future.

Great little spot with easy access to shops, restaurants, and things to do. The studio had a very strong smell, not necessarily a bad odor, just very strong and overpowering. Not sure what it was. Even my 10 year old was commenting on it. We got used to it by the 3rd day though. Other than that everything was clean and as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place

Cute little Quaint studio. Just a minute walk to the ocean. Parking was easy with overnight parking just a minute walk to the studio. Very peaceful and relaxing! It has a kitchen so I was able to cook! Absolutely loved it

Molly and her rental was amazing!

We have stayed in dozens of rental on Mission/Pacific beach over the years. Not all are what they claim to be but Molly’s property met and exceeded expectations from booking through checkout. The studio had everything my wife and I needed and then some. Property was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. One of the best parts was the QUIET!We never heard a single noise at night, which is unheard of when staying at the beach. We had no issues whatsoever but Molly made it veryClear she was available for anything we needed. Will be staying there again.Highly recommended..

Cute and comfy in a walkable area

My daughter and I got perfectly into this little house and were able to easily walk or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The beach is close and great for families and there were great food options right down the street. The hostess was quick to communicate and really went out of her way to help us feel comfortable! I would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Vacay

This property was perfect for what I needed. 5 min to the beach and 5 min to the bay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only difficult thing is parking so if you could leave your vehicle at home that would be good. Rent a bike and you can get to where you need to be easily.

Perfect for 2!

First of all, the host Molly was easily assessable during our entire stay. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the location and felt like we lucked out The place was very clean and within close walking distance from the bay, the beach as well as great bars and restaurants. The place was small but had just enough room for 2 adults. Would highly recommend and would book again! Thank you Molly!

Little Paradise

My adult daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and the property was just as described. Very clean and had everything we needed was provided. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus since you bring home wet clothes and towels from the beach every day. I knew it was small, but wish it was just a little bit bigger, we will inquire about staying in the larger unit next time. For a couple or an adult and child it is perfect. It is in an amazing location, easy walk to the beach and every restaurant on the block is SO good.

Spacious is a generous description for this space. There’s room for only one person to get out of bed. Your partner has to climb over you or crawl to the end of the bed to get out of it.The address of 811-1/2 means the other vacationers control your promised internet connection as well as how much hot water you have when you need it. The kitchen is adequately sized and outfitted but the cookware was too greasy to use without cleaning it first. And the light over the stovetop didn’t work. Not easy cooking in the dark.The wall air conditioner was very loud and barely adequate To cool the space. There was no a/c in the bathroom. In the seaside climate no air circulation in the bathroom was uncomfortable after a shower. The shower floor was slippery so bri g your flip flops to wear in the shower.. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no grab bar in the shower. The manager asks you to start a wash of your towels when leaving but doesn’t leave laundry soap. All in all, our $300+ per night would have been better spent in s hotel. I felt like we were staying in an old cheap motel efficiency..
