Quick weekend in Vegas

Popped down for a Knights game and a concert. Condo was perfect for 2 couples, all the amenities needed for our trip. Weren't on property but to sleep n shower but communication was stellar, process was easy and stay was smooth.

Clean little 2bed/2ba. Finding the place was pretty easy with the host’s directions. Carrying all of our luggage to the THIRD FLOOR after a long drive was trying. The place is clean and comfy with a few issues reported to the owner

Check in/out was easy, the place was clean and bed was comfy. The gate attendants were super friendly and felt safe coming back late at night. Great communication with property manager. Was only here for 2 nights but I would definitely stay here again

Behind strip between Palms and Rio

Easy check in & out. Nice to have free parking & security. Unit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Grounds & pools very nice and clean. Convenient location with Walgreens across the street if you need anything. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. We walked to Rio and Palms but took an Uber to the other casinos. Great stay.

Great Property & Location

Had a great experience with this property. Clean, Quiet & Safe . Security on duty 24hrs with Gate entry. Very close to everything. I was able to park and Uber or walk to every experience in Las Vegas. Nice view of the strip. Communication was perfect with the owner . Property was equipped with everything I need to feel at home away from home . Would recommend this property 5Star !

Exactly What I Paid For

The property was itself was nice and location was extremely convenient. The check in process was easy and very clean. The fact that its a 3rd story apt wasn't fantastic but it was expected as it was stated in the description. Communication felt a little delayed from the host but it was still easy to relay info. All in all, we needed a cozy, convenient place to stay and that's exactly what we got.

NEVER again!

The location was as advertised. The listing says newly renovated, there did appear to be fresh paint, internal doors, broken or missing: could have lived with the missing and broken doors, trouble with the toilet.. but needed to prepare for a meeting the next morning after check-in and there was no working Internet. The host was not responsive. We left the same night we checked in, and six days later still working to resolve my concerns.

It was ok

The unit was as advertised. Problem was we didn’t know it was a 3rd floor walk up. Since we are seniors and my friend is handicapped it was a challenge. Nowhere in the listing could I find reference to that. I’ll take the blame for not asking that question prior to renting. Soon after we arrived one toilet seat fell off. Owner said he would get someone right on it to repair. That never happened because we were told that the maintenance man was too busy. The front door lock was rather quirky. In order to get it locked you had to leave it less than fully closed. Maybe an alignment issue. While other than these issues it was ok we wouldn’t stay here in the future.
