Welcome! Adorably Remodeled, Spacious, comfortable & well lit STUDIO with private backyard! Lots of light and space to spread out. Modern chic decor. Home is only 5 minutes from the Airport and 2 minutes to Loop 410, Centrally Located so you can go anywhere in the city just about in 10 minutes. We have everything needed to make you feel like you are home. My main goal is to make you as comfortable as possible and enjoy your stay. I expect that you'll have a 5 star experience.
The space
***Brand new hot water heater!!***
The whole unit is yours to use. This light filled spacious STUDIO has a queen sized bed and a futon bed along with a newly soundproofed wall. It’s like you don’t have a neighbor at all!! You have a full size kitchen, an office area, and one full bathroom. The kitchen table and office desk both fold away out of the way. Private fenced backyard and parking on the left side of the driveway or on the street. You also have a backdoor and can park in the back as well. Brand new split level AC unit installed with a remote! The house does have multiple units, but your living space is private and unshared.
There are tons of yummy restaurants in the area, Shopping including North Star Mall in Walk-in Distance. This home is centrally located and convenient to everything!! The center of San Antonio!

If you have an unauthorized party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $200 fee and your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please communicate with me if you are planning on having extra guests. Even if they don't stay the night.

We provide the basic necessities such as hand soap and dish washing liquid, toilet paper, towels, bedsheets and pillows, clothes iron, hair dryer, drip coffee maker, microwave. We do Not provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee or basket filters, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Please bring your own if you need it.

Absolutely no glitter, smoking, or burning incense in the house. If we find evidence of any of these things, you will be charged a $200 additional cleaning fee.

Good Stay

I was glad we were only there to sleep. We spend all day every day with our new grandbabies at their place. The accommodations look much better in pictures. The bed was comfortable though.

Convenient location

The tv had scrambled reception and the internet did not work on our 2nd night. It was a great location and everything else was good.

Convenient location. Clean. Owner, Miya was very attentive to messages and questions. If you want to cook, the kitchen had enough to get by with. I wanted a blender for smoothies, Miya make sure I had one to use. The only thing we needed were hot pads. We bought some at the dollar store and left them at the rental. The air wall unit works, the space does not get very cool especially if you cook or take shower (no vent in bathroom or kitchen).Would rent here again.

We visited San Antonio for a party and visit with relatives

We found the property conveniently located for our purposes. Check-in was complicated because host sent wrong directions, and we were late for a surprise birthday party. The property could be a bit improved with better lighting in the bathroom and kitchen areas.

Simple

This was a great place for me to crash while visiting the area. As long as traffic is good it’s easy to get places. It was clean. But also lacking some of the things I would have expected in a VRBO. Do not shut the back door without making sure you unlocked BOTH locks if you’re going out to do laundry. Otherwise you’ll lock yourself out. It was easy to get to. And it really was a comfortable stay. And I’m very thankful for the low price!

This place is great for a single or couple

Great location with easy access in & out; interior is new; host thought out how to best use the space; appliances all worked like a charm; great bathroom; most comfortable bed I've ever slept in; I felt safe in the neighborhood; and last but not least the host is amazing! Super friendly & responsive! FYI: you may or may not have 2 sets of neighbors - while I was there, the person staying next to me in the front was very quiet; I never heard her. You share a full size washer & dryer, that is right outside your back door, with the neighbors in the back. I stayed for over a month & enjoyed my stay!

Freedom weekend

The property needed the lawn cut. I didn't know I was supposed to share the driveway with a neighbor until I was sent a message and nobody else used it. The first night I heard about 8-10 gunshots somewhere in the neighborhood... anyway..I slept good and the shower was ok
