You'll have all the comforts of home in our charming three-bedroom house in a family-oriented, central neighborhood. We're new to Airbnb, but have dozens of 5-star reviews on Airbnb as superhosts :) It has a warm family feel and ample space with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, large back patio, and three bedrooms upstairs. 1 parking spot. Perfect for families.
15-30m drive to LGA/JFK airport, 25m to Manhattan. 5m walk from 3 restaurant/shopping areas. Close to Queens College, St. Johns, Citifield, US Open, Queens Botanical Gardens, houses of worship, etc.

Hi! Marina and Dalia here, we're an aunt-niece duo and we're really looking forward to hosting you! Marina (aunt) is a medical assistant and cooking fiend, and Dalia (niece) is a startup founder and a management consultant. Marina's sister/ Dalia's mom (Lili) also helps host with us, and she's a real estate broker and interior designer. All three of us are food and travel lovers, and love meeting new people!

THE SPACE
We'd love to host you in Grandma's private, centrally-located two-story home. Our home has Grandma's touch, with a warm family feel and traditional decor. We are taking all COVID precautions to make sure you have a comfortable and safe stay.
We can host ~5 guests. Downstairs is a spacious living room, dining room with seating for 6-8, stocked kitchen (including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers!), a large back patio. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can be used as an office. 1 parking spot available. Perfect for the holidays.
You'll have no shortage of food, grocery, or entertainment options as everything you'll need is just a 5-10 minute walk away. We're located at the intersection of Kew Garden Hills and Flushing, just off of three restaurant/shopping areas (Main Street, Jewel Avenue, and Union Turnpike). You'll also have easy access to several houses of worship, the Queens Public library, several banks, Queens College and St. Johns University.
Other things to note
House is strictly non-smoking, but you may use the back patio. 1 parking spot + street parking available. Note that house is not child-proof (e.g., stairs do not have gates).
Thermostat is Nest-enabled. Wifi is high speed, but for guests that need even higher speed wifi, just let us know.
