Chalet on the Hill 5 minutes from downtown

Welcome to our chalet style home situated on a hill with beautiful views that's only a five minute drive to downtown. It's a 3 level house with the master on the top level with a king sized bed and en suite stand up shower bathroom with a beautiful private balcony overlooking our fenced back yard with views of Providence in the distance. The main level has a bedroom with a single bed and full bathtub shower bathroom, living room and great room kitchen/dining room with wall full of windows that brings the outside indoors with lots of natural light. Go down the spiral staircase to the ground level and you will see another living room and bedroom with a queen sized bed and patio door leading into the backyard with outside pavers patio with pub style dining table with propane fueled bonfire capable in the center. There's also an unfinished section in this level with a small pool table and fooseball as well as washing machine and dryer.

Respite from Reunion

very comfortable and easy. Perfect location for us to stay, to retreat from festivities, nap (it is quiet) and refuel and then rejoin. Met all of our needs perfectly.Stairs if you have children or elderly can be a challenge.The property has beautiful plantings - of particular note is the rose bush in front!

Amazing

It was a great experience. The house is beautiful, better than the description. Everything you need is there. We had an amazing time. My kids enjoy the massage chair and the pool table. It was an amazing stay. Plus this house is Witching working distance to restaurants and providence is just a 7 to 10 min drive. We love it

Modern yet quaint

The stay at Joshua's was a pleasant weekend, and he was very accomodating and communicative throughout the rental process. The layout of the space is very cute, like a modernized cabin. There was a room set up for us in the guest bedroom downstairs, however after a complication we moved to the bedroom on the top floor and everything was good. We would happily stay there again when we're baack in the Providence area.

A Quick Stay to Visit Brown University

This was our first trip to Providence, RI. It was a challenge locating affordable housing over the holiday weekend. My son visited Brown University. The home we stayed in was inviting. Their cat Thomas was pretty cool! The owner was readily accessible and very accommodating. Entry into the home was easy. It was a nice and safe neighborhood.

Cute stay in Joshua's home.

The house was very cute, not worth the money i spent but it was peaceful and extremely hot all the widows were open but felt NURVUSE leaving them open screen door had no lockn and the bedroom ac trwas cool but than it bcam so hot. I jad to turn it off. But besides that it was a beautiful home. I would stay thete again but would bring a fan lol.

Such a neat property with tons of potential!Josh made check in a breeze. He was quick to respond to questions. Beautiful little yard/ courtyard. Well outfitted (except for bowls). Loved the massage chair. Beautiful sunrise view from upstairs bedroom & upstairs balcony was a delightful spot for coffee. Nice location. Large windows & spiral stairs made it super cool! Upstairs carpet was so soft. But DIRTY. Trash in the couch cushions, muck stuck on the living room carpet, mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets.Some cups in cabinets & silverware in drawers still had food on them. The lawn chairs at the entrance were falling apart. The kitchen sponge was nasty. Several light fixtures missing lightbulbs. The shampoo/ conditioner in the showers was congealed. Toothbrush containers/ soap containers, laundry basket, & bathroom radiator cover were broken. Really nice place that just needs a THOROUGH cleaning. We really wanted to give a better review because it's such a neat property, but the dirtyness was pretty bad.
