We just returned from an amazing family trip from this beautiful beach house and couldn't be happier with our experience. The home was not only stunning but also impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat for our family. Our host was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We made wonderful memories here, from beach days to cozy evenings, and we can't wait to come back!

This beach house is wonderful. We all had fun. Stunning views of the beach, comfortable beds, convenient washer/dryer for laundry, filtered water in kitchen, additional refrigerator in garage, all these amenities made for a relaxing, pleasant stay right on the beach. I would definitely go back again and again!

Wonderful location and beautiful property

Check in was simple. The house was well cleaned. Ample bedding. Photos are accurate. The home is absolutely beautiful and specious. Location is impeccable. I could spend hours sitting on the balcony or staring at the ocean from the incredible view of the master bedroom. It was everything we hoped it would be

The whole fam was there: grandparents down to two 6 yr olds. Accommodated all 13 of us just fine. There could not be a better location, right on the sand and a wonderful deck to watch the “littles” play on the beach and their dads surfing!No one wanted to leave. Well stocked kitchen, super clean, and the teens loved the arcade games.

Amazing!!!

This house was so perfect for our needs! It did not fall short! Aside from what is listed, the beds were all so comfortable, the sheets were so soft, the towels smelled so good and the kitchen had an abundance of every type of glass, cup, bowl, etc. that we needed! It truly was such a magical getaway for our family and we have already discussed planning a return trip! We love Hollywood Beach and this house was the icing on the cake!

Big house

The house was as described, big & beautiful. Right on the beach, however, it is in a Channel so no big waves for kids to boogie board or body surf. The week we were there the weather was bad but kids still got in the water. Our host, Ron was absolutely great. Quick response when I had questions & very accommodating.

Luxury On The Beach

Beautiful house in a perfect location. The house has just about everything you can imagine. Spectacular views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The grounds were tidy and clean and if you stay for extended periods the house has a laundry room which makes it super convenient. I can go on forever about how much we enjoyed this property but I would really like to highlight the customer service provided by Ron and Sofia. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! See you soon…

Beautiful property!

Great location and our favorite rental in the area so far! Walking distance to our favorite cafe and the harbor. The house was beautiful and the views from the kitchen were our lovely. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Very family friendly home. Lots of beach toys provided as well as chairs and an umbrella. My only suggestion is that you bring your own Tupperware to store left over food if you plan on cooking. There were none at the house. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing!

The home was beautiful with large sliding windows. You can enjoy the cool breeze through the main living area and kitchen while enjoying your company. The walk out to the beach was enjoyable. Convenient beach chairs to sit and enjoy. Also had some small arcade cabinets...try and beat my Pac Man score! :) If I get the opportunity to rent in Oxnard again I will definitely come back to the home.

Fantastic Family Birthday Celebration

Beautiful home, right on the sand. A long beach, very few other people. Mostly saw birds and a few people walking by in the distance. And dolphins, a couple of surfers, and a few boats in the ocean. Our grandsons loved searching for sand crabs. Great weather, beautiful sunsets! Loved the peacefulness and the views. There were chairs and an umbrella close set up close to the house. We really enjoyed having ensuite bathrooms in all the 5 bedrooms, as bathrooms are usually a concern when staying with our family of 3 adult kids and spouses and 4 grandchildren. We always enjoy cooking and eating and the large kitchen and dining / living room area accommodated us well. Our grandkids also enjoyed the Pac Man video games. The elevator made the task of carrying luggage much easier. Sofia was very responsive to our questions before we arrived, and even ordered baking pans!

Great family celebration!

PROS: We took our family--kids and grandkids, who are all teens or young adults--and had a wonderful time. We knew the weather wouldn't be perfect in June, but the beach was beautiful and the wetsuits did the trick for our surfers and body boarders. Put up a volleyball net in the sand and made yummy food--it was great. The house is as beautiful as the pictures, but thankfully feels lived in so we weren't nervous about a little sand etc. CONS: While the place was clean, the windows and patio were quite dirty when we arrived. We cleaned them ourselves so we could see the beautiful beach outside. Also, no washcloths in bathrooms or kitchen and only a couple of kitchen towels and no mats in or out of bathtubs--a little dangerous. Eclectic mix of kitchen supplies, but you can make do. Finally, the screen to block out afternoon sun has to be raised and lowered remotely by the manager. This is definitely not realistic, especially if you are there when the sun is full--it needs to come up and down a few times a day. Overall it was a great place and we made lifetime memories.
