Great place

Need a place to stay for a week before moving into house. This was a great little place and I will recommend two friends and family that come into town to visit.

Great place to Stay

Property was as advertised. It was very clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was also located in a quiet neighborhood.

What a treat!!

Great experience

This space is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen with everything one would need plus so many extras...coffee, breakfast rolls, sweets, etc. Medford has fabulous shops and restaurants and the place is just a short drive to Ashland. I will definitely stay again when I return.

Quick Stop in Medford

MJ and I stopped in Medford for a few days and found great place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and quite and it was clear that some thought had been given to the accomodations. This was perfect for us, just like stopping in at a family members house with a private apt. TX Steve

Perfect Medford place.

What a perfect place to stay while visiting Medford, Oregon. Conveniently located, close to town center and to nearby towns (Jacksonville 10 minutes; Ashland 20 minutes). Tina's apartment was comfortable, well provisioned, and had all the conveniences of home, including coffee maker, nice TV, and washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen too. I will definitely stay again when my travels bring me to Southern Oregon. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place!

The studio was a perfect fit.It is located on a quiet street in a residential area and allows you a nice walk to the park. Also,it is a short drive to food, grocery stores, and anything else a person would need. The property is clean and well maintained. Everything to make your stay comfortable has been provided. It was a pleasure to meet Tina, she is a great host.

Very Nice

We had a great time. Very close to activities. Tina went out of here way for us. Everything was perfect, nice added touches we appreciated. Thank you for everything, from the gift basket to the barbecue to all the information on how th get to activities.

Wonderful, quiet cottage

My husband and I stayed in the condo for the Pear Blossom festival and race. The neighborhood was quiet and well-located with easy access to downtown and to interstates. The condo itself (we stayed in the downstairs unit) was lovely, well-maintained, well-stocked, and so relaxing. It had everything we needed and although the weather was beautiful, we found ourselves relaxing in the condo most of the afternoons. I highly recommend this space - perfect for a romantic weekend get away to southern Oregon!

Home away from home

My husband, daughter and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We rented the studio apartment for a week while visiting family in Medford. The place was clean and well decorated. It was obvious that Tina put time and thought in to decorated the apartment. What a luxury it was to have a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and cook top! The bathroom is beautiful too! We are looking forward to staying here again.

Medford in Spring...

My 3 month stay was VERY comfortable and peaceful. Tina was a gracious hostess who went out of her way to create a cozy, yet luxerious studio suite. I have stayed there now for 2 short stays and 1 long stay, and plan more future stays if available!! Very posh, clean, energy efficient and Green!! Two Green Thumbs Up!!

Cute and Clean

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The welcome gifts from Harry and David were a fun touch. It was close to everything we needed to do in the area and for the price can't be beat. The only reason we gave it a 4 star vs. a 5 star is because we had the lower unit while the upper unit was also rented. The occupants were very quiet and considerate, but we could hear every step they took.

This was my 4th stay at this location. As in the past, it was A+. Clean, convenient, well appointed. Tina was very responsive to my inability to figure out the TV operation. (Old brain, new technology) I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Little gem tucked away in a cute neighborhood

This place was a quite a surprise with the well appointed kitchen & washer & dryer. It was decorated so cute and convenient for visiting many local attractions, such as Grant's Pass, Crater Lake, Ashland, Jacksonville, Rogue river and more. It is upstairs, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. My only suggestion was to add a new mattress pad, since the one there is showing it's age. Communication was good and our deposit was refunded within a couple days. We would stay again!

Clean, Well Supplied, Quiet Neighborhood, Very Affordable

We enjoyed our stay. The studio was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need (i.e., frig, microwave, convection toaster oven, utensils, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, French press, Keurig with pods, snacks) and drawers and cabinets were labeled to boot. The full-sized washer and dryer came in handy. There was plenty of storage for clothes and luggage and we enjoyed the Roku TV. Most of all, the neighborhood was so quiet, the Studio was an excellent central location and the cost per night was extremely reasonable.

Superior unit

This is very well appointed unit with everything you need for a stay. We were welcomed with coffee and condiments for the Kerrigan machine and snacks. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. A plus is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit for two adults.

My favorite things to do are to cook, learn new recipes, bargain shop and to travel. My new favorite place to travel is Oceanside where my new grand babies live.
I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. I truly enjoy hosting my guests and making your stay very special. I am available as needed and If you prefer to be left alone then not a problem at all. This is your vacation and you should have it however you wish.

I had my rentals built onto my home in 2010 to have room for family to visit and be comfortable during their stay. I also wanted privacy and separate entrances. I have put my heart and soul into these units to make them beautiful and comfortable.
