Niagara Falls draws over 12 million visitors a year, and our properties put you right in the middle of everything without the noise of staying on the strip itself. You're a 5-minute drive from Horseshoe Falls, which you can walk up to and view for free any time of day or night.
Clifton Hill is the entertainment hub: the Niagara SkyWheel (175 feet above the Falls in climate-controlled gondolas), Niagara Speedway (North America's largest elevated go-kart track), Dinosaur Adventure Golf, wax museums, haunted houses like Nightmares Fear Factory, the Great Canadian Midway arcade, and the Greg Frewin Theatre for Las Vegas-style magic and dinner shows. From May through October, the Falls are illuminated nightly with a fireworks show at 10:00 PM that you can watch for free from Queen Victoria Park.
Two casinos are nearby: Casino Niagara sits right at Clifton Hill with slots, poker, and live entertainment. Fallsview Casino Resort is Canada's largest gaming floor with over 3,200 slot machines, 130 table games, the 5,000-seat OLG Stage concert venue, the Avalon Theatre, restaurants, and a shopping galleria.
For something quieter, Niagara-on-the-Lake and its wineries are about a 20-minute drive along the scenic Niagara Parkway. The Niagara region has over 100 wineries, many offering tastings and patio dining. The Butterfly Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are also along the route.
Our location gives you free on-site parking, which is hard to find.

In most 2-bedroom rentals, guests share one bathroom or, at best, one bedroom has an ensuite while the other uses a hallway bath. Here, each bedroom has its own full bathroom attached. If you're two couples travelling together or simply value bathroom privacy, this is the property for you.
This unit is intentionally designed for smaller groups. It sleeps a maximum of 4 guests with no sofa bed or extra sleeping space, which means you're not paying for capacity you don't need. If you're a couple, a pair of friends, or two couples, this is a better fit and a better value than booking a 6-person property and leaving beds empty. The smaller footprint also means the space feels cozy and well-maintained rather than sprawling and impersonal.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a double bed (smaller than a queen). If bed size matters to your group, plan accordingly. We're upfront about this because we'd rather set honest expectations than have you arrive disappointed.
The compact kitchen includes an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, and modern appliances. It's designed for efficient meal prep rather than group cooking. If making big meals together is central to your trip, our ground-level unit with the island that seats 6 would serve you better.
You get a private balcony with seating, a 50-inch smart TV with Roku and free channels, in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, free driveway parking, and smart lock entry. Every essential amenity is here. You're simply not paying for space and beds you won't use, which is the whole point of this property.
