This home is located in a wooded neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, less than a mile from the California Lodge at Heavenly. It's a fantastic setting for every season, with El Dorado Beach, Bijou Municipal Golf Course, and the heart of South Lake Tahoe all within a two-mile radius. If you drive three miles, you can enjoy Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach, Magic Carpet Golf, and the lively casinos in Stateline.

Begin each summer morning with a hot cup of coffee and a deep breath of fresh air on the balcony off the bedroom upstairs. After a day spent hiking, golfing, or swimming in Lake Tahoe, come home to light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue on the shaded patio.

The house is every bit as inviting in winter, with wood paneling at every turn creating a sense of coziness. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), both a farm-style kitchen table and a breakfast bar, and a den-like living room with a fireplace, a cable TV, and plush sofas. But the real entertainment awaits upstairs in the game room, where you'll find the pool table, another TV, and a mini-fridge and microwave for your favorite snacks.

Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2,000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
