Let our fully renovated and professionally decorated one bedroom, two bath condo be your best vacation ever to make your greatest memories! Escape to the beautiful emerald coast as you enjoy scenic sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the idyllic emerald water and white sand beaches. With over 2000 feet of white sand beach frontage, there is plenty of room for beach chairs, sand castles, and playing in the sand and surf. Condo comes with in unit washer and dryer, wifi access, and cable TV.

Sleeping Arrangements
Our condo offers a king bed, a twin-over-twin bunk nook, and a sofa sleeper. Combined these can easily accommodate 6 people.

Property Highlights
The Majestic Sun provides access to two pools, a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter) and an outdoor pool with a hot tub, a gulf front fitness facility, and gorgeous beach access. The Majestic Sun is also a part of the Seascape Resort which gives our guests access to the amenities provided by Seascape, including 4 additional outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and golf. The condo complex is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive—within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, and many dining options.

Great location!

We’ve stayed at many spots in Seascape and this unit had the best view! Very close to whales tail and beach access.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Such a wonderful experience for our Memorial Day weekend getaway 🏖 Property was exactly as listed. Clean, convenient, & decorated adorably with beach decor. Beautiful view of the beach along with a very short walk to the beach. 2 nice sized pools Indoor & out make this property a great choice for any weather. Communication from the property manager/owner was on point. The entire process was so easy from booking the reservations to our departure & everything in between. Perfect vacation rental🏝☀️⛱

Amazing location!

We had the best time at the beach staying at this unit. It has absolutely everything you need. We went as a family of three. My spouse and I stayed in the master, and our daughter slept on bunk bed. The view is incredible. Two hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool, a small souvenir store in the building, walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a walk-in trail and a bike lane. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will definitely be coming back. The unit was clean, The bed was comfortable. I can’t wait to return to this place!

Destin the beautiful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this vacation met our expectations, except the condo had a mildew/moldy smell that was overwhelming when we walked in. The property management contacted us about our 5 star stay the next day & told them that most people don't say things like this (& my daughter didnt want me to) but I told them about the smell & I thought it was coming from the mildew or moldy spots on the the closet walls in the master bath-(the vent didn't work). I also told them I'd tried to wipe it down with a papertowel & shampoo bc there were no cleaning products, sponge, dishwashing liquid, & only one hand towel. (I mentioned that we had stayed the in heart of key west in a condo similar to this (for less&) & I would think if any place would have that smell, it would be there but it didn't. They said they were sorry I wasn't 100% happy & were surprised to hear it bc they only had positive feedback on that unit in the past but they would bring some cleaning supplies & such by to make our stay more comfortable. They said they didn't detect any smell when they were there but some people cook & the oven may need to be cleaned & they could do that also when they brought the extra supplies. They said they couldn't speak to key west but their prices were competitive with others around us. I told them they misunderstood why I brought up key west, that I wasn't looking for a discount 🤦‍♀️. & that they ignored mildew/mold issue- but was telling the truth & they could do with it what they wanted but we would not be back. They didn't say anything else, but brought the supplies the next day. Everytime we left & came back the smell hit us. After being there for a while we could smell til we left and came back. We also had periodic headaches there. I got home last night I was putting up my clothes I didn't wear and now am having to wash everything bc of the smell.
