This was a really nice property. They had beach towels to use which was very nice. Not a lot of cooking extras but worked out fine. Comfortable king bed.

Our entire experience was wonderful. Security at Sonoran Sun were diligent, and on-site parking secure. The resort staff went above and beyond, both while we were staying there and after (we left something behind, oops!). Communication with owner was easy and response time quick, which I very much appreciate. The condo and property were well-taken care of and beautiful. Ocean view, access and beach quality were beautiful. This resort is located at the end, so gave us a quieter, less cluttered and claustrophobic vibe than the ones further down. It was also close to Mare Blue (perfect dinner and view for sunset), and Wrecked at the reef (fun evening vibe). Highly, highly recommend.

Clean rooms and property

We stayed in a 1br 1ba condo overlooking the pool and the ocean. The views are spectacular, and the patio is very large. The room was plenty big for the 2 of us. I would highly recommend staying at any properties managed by Casago.

This was initially a fantastic stay. The second day, the unit flooded, getting clothes and luggage wet. We would have been fine and understanding had the onsite management handled the situation better. We were asked to move to another unit that was far from the same quality of furnishings and amenities. We would have still been ok, if they would have been apologetic and initially offering of discount of the price. That did not happen until the final day and only after many many calls to the front desk, yet the discount was quite small for such a big issue. The new unit did have hotwater until the second day. Overall a very bad stay.

Perfect

If you are looking for the security of a large resort with mostly American visitors, in a perfect location on Sandy Beach, this is the place for you. The condo is on the 4th floor and looks out over the pool, and of course, the Sea. There is a tennis court, a small bar and restaurant, 2 pools, and 2 jaccuzzis. Perfect.

Awesome Experience

Sonoran Sun is an older well maintained resort in Rocky Point. The resort has a restaurant, small convenience store and two bars. The CASAGO and resort staff were friendly and helpful. 410 West was clean and in great shape. The condo had a single bedroom with a comfortable kitchen/living area. The wall of windows looked out over the pool area.The balcony was comfy and had an amazing view of the complex and beach. Each room had a large TV with ROKU and Direct TV service. We spent most of our time exploring the Rocky Point and the local restaurants. We used the balcony for light meals and enjoying the view. At the end of the day we would enjoy the sunset while walking the beach.

Suggestions

Having two different keys for the screen door and main front door was quite irritating! We would suggest color coding them, also to have individual packets of coffee, cream and sugar as hotels do would be a rather nice amenity. We also ran out of paper towels so having an extra roll along with an extra laundry detergent would be very helpful! we were thankful to have the 1 bag of laundry detergent. Just a few things that resorts in the US have available in the rooms.thank you

Very nice

We had a great stay! It was very relaxing. The porch is protected from the wind & has a great view on the west end of Sandy Beach. It’s close to stairs & elevator. It feels safe with two locking doors. Bed was very comfortable & plenty of hot water at good pressure. Coffee maker makes great coffee. Our drinking water tank seemed dirty but was ok & they replaced when asked. Pans are pretty scratched up so you should bring your own if you are concerned about teflon. Washing machine is loud. Didn’t have many channels on TV. Make sure you delete your Netflix account as many were on there. We did not use them. Internet a little slow. We were very happy despite what we considered small things & had a wonderful stay.
