The location was perfect! 96 steps (give or take) to the beach and walking distance to the nightlife on the Broadwalk. We’d definitely stay there again.

The place was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Had all the amenities you needed for cooking. I think it’s only 80 steps to the beach. And then the boardwalk starts just a half a block away. Beautiful area. Beautiful modern decorated house. Very cute porch gated area. With an outdoor shower.

Rafael was a great hose! Location was perfect to walk to close by restaurants and near beach. The patio was peaceful and enjoyed having coffee here in the morning. Rafael was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location to the Hollywood boardwalk & the beach! Beautiful outside area to relax with our morning coffee! We caught the Hollywood water taxi at Margaritaville’s stop on the inlet. Just a half hour walk from this property. Next time we will bring our bikes but had we wanted to rent some we could’ve done that along the oceanfront walkway. Very clean. The only thing I was missing was a Keurig coffee maker, but we figured out how to make coffee using my Curb pod in the coffee pot provided. Very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location was perfect as it close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beach was extremely close and made it easy with the kids. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rafael was an excellent host, he’s responsive, accommodating, and made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Amazing location

Great vacation house, everything is needed, just was missing shower gel and oil to fry, but it's really nothing compared with comfy house and right by the beach location. Host was very helpful and responsive as needed. Thank you! We'll definitely recommend

Terrible

This property owner is a liar and a thief! This property is advertised as being able to accommodate 6 guests- LIES. This place is so small it can only possibly accommodate 4 guests; so much so, that upon entering the home there is a posted sign from the city of Hollywood a beach that there is a max occupancy of 4 people permitted. Additionally, the house DOES NOT have direct beach access, you must go out the front door and walk down the street in order to get to the beach. After realizing we were deceived, I reached out to the property owner to inform him we would not be staying at the property because it is too small to accommodate my family of 6. He was not pleasant in the phone, however ultimately stated that we could find a new place and he would refund ALL our money. Well after we received no refund, my husband contacted the owner and he stated “ he will not refund us our money”. My husband asked him why he lied to us. His response was that: “ I guess I’m not an honest person”. We have been going back and forth with Vrbo in order to get our refund. I highly recommend you do not stay at this property. He is a liar and thief!

Super cosy on the beach

Great location just a few steps from the beach, boardwalk, 15 min walk to nearest Publix, safe area, pleasant neighborhood, host is great, no elevator!, all amenities you would have at home, no pool (you do not need it), beach chairs, umbrella, cosy patio, outside shower avaiable, washer, drier, 2 TV, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms

Great beach get away

This place is a nice 2 bedroom beach house situated on a street about a block from the beach, so an easy walk to the beach or down the the walkway to the commercial area and restaurants. It is a comfortable basically decorated beach house which has what you need for this kind of vacation. Unfortunately for us, we stayed there during a real cold and rainy period so were unable to take advantage of the location. The owner communicated very well.
