Boardwalk One - Ocean View Studio Next to Boardwalk!

Boardwalk One is located directly on the boardwalk and beach in Ocean City, MD. The location is right in the heart of the shops, stores, and dining, with only a short walk to the inlet and main events area. This property offers one of the best locations in Ocean City for easy access to the Boardwalk, Biking, and the Beach and Ocean.

THE SPACE

This is a 3rd floor Ocean View Studio with side views of the Boardwalk, Beach, and Ocean. You are only steps from the Ocean City Boardwalk and will be located right in the heart of the action. You can almost park your car for the week and walk or bike anywhere you want to go. The balcony is quite large and can comfortably hold 4 people, and also provides space to store your bikes if you bring your own.

This unit has a Full Kitchen that you can prepare meals with, offering a Stove and Oven, larger ¾ size Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Table with 4 chairs, and Bar with 2 stools. There are 2 sofas along with 2 Queen Murphy beds that pull down from the wall for sleeping. The Murphy bed feature allows for a relatively spacious unit during the day. Boardwalk One features a relaxing outdoor pool, along with Free Wi-Fi and HBO for guests.

There is not a Washer / Dryer in your unit, but there is convenient onsite laundry room that is available for use by Guests. Each unit comes with a complimentary Free parking pass for the week.

UNIT INTERIORS

This is an older property. You will find most unit interiors are clean and comfortable but a little dated. Hopefully the photos provided give you a general understanding for what I am describing.

The benefits offered by this resort is sitting almost directly on the Boardwalk and just a short walk from your unit you will find many restaurants to choose from, and you will be within very short walking distance to the rides and amusements. This location just can't be beat.

Many couples and families enjoy the convenience of this property, however if you are a traveler that requires luxury accommodations, this may not be the right choice for you. If you have any specific questions on this please don't hesitate to ask.

UNITS / PHOTOS

Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan, with the general decor and layout reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

GUEST ACCESS

Your unit is private, but since this is a Resort Hotel property, amenities will be shared with other guests (Pool, etc.).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Boardwalk One is professionally managed and operated by Capital Vacations. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance.

- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.

- One FREE parking pass is included with this unit

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring additional if your family has their own favorite pillows or blankets.

- Bath and Hand towels are provided for you and will be inside your unit when you arrive.

- Pool / Beach towels are not provided. Each family should bring their own Pool / Beach towels

- You should bring your own Beach Chairs / Beach Blankets / Umbrellas / Coolers / Equipment you want to use on the beach. If you don’t bring your own stuff, you are able to rent Beach chairs / Umbrellas, etc at rental stations along the Boardwalk.

- Your family will be provided a “Starter Kit” in your unit of Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, Dish / Laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, etc. If you need replacements during your stay there are many stores conveniently located within a few minutes from the facility where you can shop for any groceries or personal items you want during your stay. Or you can bring a couple extra rolls of Paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, trash bags, personal items, etc. with you.

- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc, etc) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However you do have a Coin operated Washer / Dryer room located at the property for any laundry you want / need to do during the week. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the Front Desk.

- For trash disposal during your stay, there are dumpsters located in the parking areas around the resort near every unit that are for Guest usage.

- If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, and you do bring your own bikes they can be safely stored / locked up in your private courtyard. Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes each night just to be safe. You also have room to store your bikes on your balcony.
