We had a very good experience at the condo. We had plenty of space, and it was stocked with everything we needed. It was a great place to see the sunrise, and the views from the balcony were nice.

My family of four thorougly enjoyed staying at Terry and Ambers condo. They were quick to respond when we had a question, amd had most everything we needed for our stay. The three balconies came with a beautiful view and there's air conditioning! They had a folder full of great info with all of our questions for the condo and a long list of things to do and restaurant recommendations. We really appreciated that! Thank you Terry and Amber for such a wonderful first time in Hilo! We especially loved the Onomea Gardens you all recommended!

Fabulous

Terry and Amber were absolutely fabulous to deal with, the condo was immaculate, had everything you would ever need in the kitchen. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this truly was a gem…. We hope to return.

Hilo's Finest 2 bd Condo

My husband and I were very pleased with our five night stay here - everything is as described. We walked into town and around the park behind the property. The condo itself had everything we needed and there was a laundry room down the hall. The building was safe and quiet. There are businesses on the first few floors that include hair salons and massage therapists. We would stay there again.

Property was very comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. We were there for World Canoe Sprints and wanted something close to town and race site, which it was. View was lovely. Everything we needed.

A pleasant stay in Hilo

The unit is a well maintained condo in an older building that is being updated. Everything was clean, quite new, and in very good condition. It's very quite inside, no disturbances from anywhere in the building or outside. It's centrally located in Hilo with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. It was a great place for us to explore the area.

Worked well for us.

We spent a week at this condo and really enjoyed it. True two bedroom, nice views over the lagoon and walking distance to downtown and the ocean. Building takes a little getting used to -- apparently it is a converted hotel -- but it was not anything that took away from our stay. We would definitely stay again

Great location in a high-rise

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hilo. It was nice having a balcony in each bedroom and the living room, with wonderful views of the park. The bedrooms very very spacious, but the kitchen was a bit small with all items we needed. Terry was a gracious host and very responsive to our questions. We would stay here when visiting Hilo again.

Short trip, Great stay

Enjoyed our stay. We were visiting family and friends so stayed in the condo until mid-morning, yhen returned after dinner each night. The condo building is older, but the unit is clean, and well mainmaintained. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen has newer appliances and everything needed to cook meals there.Four to six people could comfortably sleep there.The management team is very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze.... appliances in the kittchen. Dwehi

Felt the aloha spirit

This was our first time staying in Hilo, so we weren't familiar with the area. The condo is in a office-like building that has businesses on a few of the floor so it seemed a bit odd and outdated. However, it is located next to a lagoon, across the street from the beach and some food trucks, and within walking distance to a few restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We liked the keyless entry to the condo and the 3 balconies to catch the sunrise. We wished that there was better lighting in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the Hilo area felt more local that touristy. Just what we were hoping for!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

This condo did not disappoint! We loved every single minute of our stay here. The owner has put great care into outfitting this condo. High end couches, comfortable beds with luxurious bedding, tastefully decorated and much more. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked so that my group could cook several meals at the condo. My favorite part of the condo has to be the views. I spent many mornings drinking my coffee on the lanais overlooking the park with its beautiful and tall coconut trees and crystal blue waters. This 2 bd condo was the perfect escape from my day to day, even though I was on a working vacation. The Wifi was super fast, and we all appreciated the smart TVs in every room! One of the bathrooms has a walk in shower which is very rare at this building. This was such an appreciated feature as one of the members in my party has mobility issues. This is the only condo complex in Hilo that I have found that has air conditioning throughout the unit, so we were able to stay cool and comfortable our whole stay. Parking is included at no additional cost which is most appreciated, even though we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants. I love the location and was close to the Hilo beaches, many stores and all of the best restaurants. The building is very secure with its 24 hour security and the guards are all very nice and friendly. Thank you Terry and Amber for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next year!
