Absolutely beautiful rental in a quiet location. Gorgeous views and everything you could need if, like me, you like to cook your own meals. If I return to Hilo, I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this Hilo condo. Very convenient location for visiting Volcanoes National Park and to everything on the eastern side of the island. Downtown Hilo with the farmer's market, shops and several great bars/restaurants was just a few minutes away. The property listing is spot on, the unit was very clean and the place had everything we needed for a great visit. Communication with the manager was great. Would love to stay here again if we're ever back in the area.

Great location, great condo. The condo had everything we needed, it was comfortable, spacious and the views from the balconies are phenomenal. The building is a bit older, but very quiet and close to everything you want to do. There is a park next for for the early morning walks. And even a cozy coffee shop downstairs to get kick start of your day. This is a perfect property to stay at to do your Hilo adventures.

We loved staying in this unit so much! It had great views of the park and ocean. We loved drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning watching the geese and koi fish in the pond. Unit was very clean and spacious and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the utensils needed. Great location, very close to everything. The hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Everything was good. The apartment was clean and nice. Beds were comfy. Host was friendly. Parking on site is a bit weird but that's not a big deal.The coffee shop downstairs is yummy but does get busy Only suggestion is to make sure you stop and watch that the door closes fully because sometimes it doesn't actually close.

Terry is extremely responsive and gracious. The corner unit is bright, full of natural light, and as described in the listing. The view is fantastic, the overhead fans are a plus - we never used the air conditioner. The kitchen is well stocked, too. I’d gladly stay there in the future!

This unit was perfect! It was clean, beautiful, well stocked, has great AC, and the location is wonderful. I also must add that the beds were very comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent as well. There is a book with detailed instructions about the unit and recommendations for places to go. We ate at most restaurants on their list and they were spot on! I will stay here agin when traveling to Hilo.

I have stayed a Hilo Lagoon Center numerous times the last 4 years. Several days before our arrival we were advised by our host that maintainance on the A/C for the building would be taking place while we were there. We do not come from a humid or hot climate so A/C is a must for us in Hilo. Our host offered to have extra fans in the unit for us. This unit also has ceiling fans which helped out a lot. The A/C was restored before the end of our stay. The unit is a corner unit so we had an extra window too which was nice. The unit was immaculate and very light and cheerful. Everything worked and I would stay there again. The building itself seemed a little more run down this visit.

This was our first time on the Big Island and this well-equipped property provided a great base to explore and enjoy all Hawai’i has to offer. Communications with the manager were very good, the beds were very comfortable, the apartment is well appointed and quiet. A big plus are the outside balconies overlooking the park, which provided a beautiful place for morning coffee and afternoon drinks.
