Enjoy this Artsy 3-Bedroom home in Brookland Park, Northside RVA. Home includes Free High Speed Internet and Wifi, Cable on all 3 TVs , 2 bedrooms - each with Cable TV, and an additional Office/Bedroom with Desk, Chair, and Queen sized bed with two drawers at the foot of the frame. The home has a fenced in Backyard with mini patio, grill, and Fire pit for the perfect night cap. The home has a driveway large enough for two vehicles and includes free charging for your Tesla Electric Vehicle!

The space consist of a living room, open kitchen, dining area, Office/Bedroom, 2 full bathrooms - one in master bedroom and another shared between the two other bedrooms; TVs with cable and other streaming services in each bedroom (with the exception of the Office/Bedroom) and in the main common area on the first floor. All 3 Beds are Queen sized beds. The rear exterior of the property includes a fenced in backyard with patio, grill, and fire pit to enjoy chill nights around the fire during your stay!

Great rental for a great price. Beautiful old home in the city of Richmond that has been tastefully undated with all modern conveniences. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, and appliances. Off street parking was perfect. Host was responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through this part of VA.

The house was great and getting in and out was pretty easy. The area was a little rough and the cookware was pretty beat up. Overall we had a good stay!

We were very happywith our stay. Very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Close to many things. Little yard to sit in in evening to chill and relax. If this way again, this place will top my list.

My family and I really enjoy this stay, the house was super clean and I am picky so this is saying a lot, even the borders of the house were wiped down. The moment that you open the door a lovely fresh smell greets you. Definitely would stay here again! 10 out 10. Only advice is to check the dates on the greeting package a lot of the snacks expiration date was past due, super easy fix and not a dealbreaker.

Great location

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was perfect. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown. The house was clean and comfortable. Jeron was a great host-readily available and was flexible with our check-in time. If you’re in the area this is a perfect place to stay.

Disappointing

I hate to leave a bad review but I dont think that it would be fair to future guests to put an inaccurate one. The stairs to the porch, if you stay to the right its not such a bad step, if you go left you'll have to use the railing to get up them. Landscaping is overgrown and there were 2 city trash cans that were over flowing. Pots for plants were tipped over, growing weeds, house needed to be power washed desperately. The utensils and pans were dirty and in the cabinets. Along with opened food. Lots of spices in the lazy susan; and an open jar of salsa. No sponges or dishsoap to clean anything. Couldn’t use the door shelfs in fridge as someone had broken them. Old Tupperware. Plates are chipped and contain an odd amount. The beds are super soft. Too soft for me and I woke up with back pains. Pillows could be replaced too. Hangers in the master bedroom are miss matched. The other rooms had old paint and unusable dressers. The shared bathroom upstairs isn't remodeled yet. Ring system is annoying and you will get sick of the chime everytime you open the door. Backyard was so sad. Grill and little brick patio were dangerous and dirty. The firepit is growing weeds. Backyard is overgrown and the grass wasn't cut. The back porch is full of stuff. Curtains are thin so don't plan on sleeping in, I wouldn't stay here again. Owner did apologize for the half empty water bottle found under the coffee table and offered to send the cleaning service back out. Communication was excellent.

Great Place!

This was a really great place. The communication from the own was amazing. The house was stocked well and clean. Also, the welcome kit was a really great touch.

Richmond weekend

The house was clean and neat. Basic supplies were available to use. Television channels were available to watch. Neighbors and people walking by were friendly. I think there was a picture of a coffee pot on the one picture but was not there. A Keurig was available. Great location from Richmond raceway!
