Recent updates included a street-side pool (open from Easter - October), 3rd full bath, porch, pool and living room furniture, a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, backsplash, stainless steel appliances, new floors throughout the house, as well as interior paint, new ceilings & lighting. Also, the laundry room has been moved upstairs, and large sliding glass doors were added leading to the beachside deck to improve your ocean view. Enjoy the large dining table and chairs, energy-efficient windows, and blinds throughout, and relax in the lounge chairs in the pool area!

The owner provides many extras for guests, such as a charcoal grill, booster seat, child gate, Mr. Coffee maker, plus a Keurig, slow cooker, and an additional refrigerator downstairs for guests' use. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower and dressing room for convenience after a great day playing in the sand and surf.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

There is absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.
