You'll find updated living room furniture, mattresses, and fresh paint this year as well as smart TVs in the living area and each bedroom. Paved parking under the building. Near local restaurants, grocery store, marina, and bridge. Wireless internet is provided, and outdoor showers are on the boardwalk between buildings.

The entire exterior of the building was updated, as well as the shower facilities, decks, porches, and a walkway to the beach was added. This home does not have a grill, but you can rent one for the week through one of the local beach equipment rental companies.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
