House is centrally located to everything, especially to the beach. House is 80 yards to the beach(30 yards to the boardwalk, 50 yards on the boardwalk, you are at the beach).On west end of the island, 6th row house. At night you can hear ocean waves and see so many stars that the sky looks like a canvas. Fishing pier is 50 yards away. Smart home by Google Nest HomeMax. Smart lock with access code for each rental. Pet fee $195/stay UP TO 2 dogs, $100/add'l dog(cerificatons of service dogs are required). ID required. Note- NO LINENS/TOWELS/PAPER GOODS INCLUDED. Overcrowding will be subject to rental termination. MINIMUM 1 week(Saturday to Saturday) booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

House has 4 BR, 2BATH&Outside Shower. #-King; #2-Queen&Full; #3-Q&F; #4-F&F. Two work stations, washer&dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemakers, airfryer, pressure cooker, central Heating&Air, five 4K TVs, Google Nest thermometer, WiFi, ceiling fans. Exterior security cameras, screened front porch, beach chairs, carts&mat.

Please be aware that linen & paper goods are NOT provided. Below is a list of reputable linen companies in the area. Order online and they will deliver to the property prior to your arrival&pickup after your departure: 1. Care Linen Service 2. Angie’s Linen Service 3. A&A Beach Linen Service

They were amazing. Communication was great and the house was lovely. Perfect for a family vacation. Beautiful spot. Close to the beach, close to anything you could need. Very calm and relaxing place and the porch was where I spent most of my time reading. The beach was gorgeous. Very clean! The house had everything you needed to cook and plenty of space for Holiday meals. Would love to comd stay again. Very understanding couple.

I had a great girls weekend at this house. Beds super comfortable, good , functional kitchen, and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Used the beach wagon for the beach. Would consider another stay in the future.

A great place to be

The house was wonderful, and very clean and well kept when we got there. It was as close to the beach as advertised, and the screened in porch being a great place to congregate. We did have some minor problems with a couple things but Mrs. Ping was always in contact with us and worked to resolve them, very professional in her responses as well!

We loved this house! It was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.The outdoor living room under the house was great and the outdoor shower was huge! Lots of comfy patio furniture on the screened in porch. The beach access is directly at the end of the street, just a short walk and the perfect location far enough away from the public beach access and pier so it’s not a crowded area of the beach. The beach closet had all kinds of chairs, sand toys, and beach carts to use. Ping was a great host and very communicative!

Wedding Weekend

Wonderful house for our daughter and son-in-law and their wedding party. Great areas to hang out, super close to the beach, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Note that you need to rent or bring all linens (sheets/towels/…) and bring/buy paper products, soap, dish liquid, trash bags, … Great value for this rental. Highly recommend.

House is located close to beach access and there’s plenty of sitting area downstairs. House is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. A beautiful place to stay and very affordable. We have already booked for next year!!!

Easter Weekend

The property was awesome! Very well stocked and we were so happy we could take our dog with us! Easy walk to the beach and lots of activities within a 30 minute drive. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great location

Great location with a 2 min walk to the beach. Nice house with a good layout for families. Had an issue with refrigerator not cooling properly but hosts answered our concerns promptly and ordered a new fridge that was delivered as soon as they could get it there.

Wonderful stay at Sunset Beach!

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Everything was exactly as pictured and the hosts responded to the few questions we had immediately. The house was beautifully updated, comfortable furnished and close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked (3 coffee makers - 2 drip and a Keurig!) and the is great! We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great getaway!

When you step in this house, you know you are at the beach. The interior was custom designed to create a bright and high-quality beach house feel. You can see the beach boardwalk from our house. You can hear waves at night sitting on our screened porch. You can see so many stars like you have never before. When you take a walk around the island, be sure to say hi to island laidback deer, foxes and birds, etc.
