Large well loved family brick home located on a private family property. Spacious home with large living room, dining room and kitchen, screened in porch and deck, private outdoor pool, FROG with two double beds and more living space. Per Lexington County ordinance maximum occupancy of individuals over age 5, is 14. Short term rental- Lexington County permit # 2500741. Home perfect for families, friends, USC football games, graduations, etc. Centrally located in Lexington with easy access to Interstate 20, as well as numerous sporting complexes, Lake Murray and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Columbia/USC. The Masters/ Augusta National Golf Club - 58 miles. Fort Jackson is 35 minutes from property. *** Please be aware property is adjacent to neighbor’s pond so children should be supervised outside at all times. Only current guests are to be on the property. NO SMOKING in or around property, including porches, garage, deck and pool area.
The home is located on a private property and there is parking for up to ten vehicles.

We had a wonderful celebration for my mom”s birthday! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was private but close to everything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic family getaway house. Our grandkids loved the pool as did the adults and the house was big enough for all of us. The privacy and quiet were perfect with groceries a short drive away. We will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this large, spacious colonial. The owners were very responsive and provided much useful information. It was well appointed, providing everything we needed for a weekend away for 10 people. The home was easy to find and was about a 25 minute drive to the USC game. The house is a bit dated, and could use a little TLC however, that didn’t impact its function for our large group. A great home with abundant gathering space.

Great for a wedding weekend

This property was large enough for our family to stay together for our son's wedding. It had just about everything we needed! We didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, but we loved having the screened porch! And the owner allowed us to check in early which was so helpful!

We had a family reunion for 19 and it was fabulous. Huge pool with plenty of tubes and noodles, basketball, croquet,garage fridge and separate freezer, screened in porch... this house had it all.One of the best parts of the home was the location surrounded by forest but only 10 mins to the grocery store.Plenty of trials to walk, Plenty of room to park.The hosts were incredible.We would highly recommend it for large groups.

Graduation Weekend

We had a Wonderful time celebrating our daughter's graduation from USC. The house was warm and inviting and had plenty of room for all. Everything was clean which meant a lot to us.

We had a wonderful time!

I chose this house for our annual CousinCamp, where I get my grandkids together with their parents from FL, SC & VA. We make memories together doing crafts, playing games, eating & sharing together! Having a pool this year was a great bonus! Everything went smoothly from booking to checkout! Had a little issue with the range hood & someone came to check it quickly! Hope to book this lovely home again!

Comfortable and roomy house

House is great for A large group with plenty of seating for meals. We traveled with kids and loved the pool and big driveway. The host is easy to contact and genuinely interested in making sure her guests are comfortable!

Gorgeous Spacious House

11 of us traveled from out of town for my mom's funeral. It could not have been more perfect. Gorgeous older home with classic charm. It felt like home. And it gave us all space and time to be together. We enjoyed the pool, screened back porch and we weregrateful for the many bathrooms.

This house is amazing!

Loved this place! Our 55+ tennis team played in the State Championships and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Room for everyone and very well stocked. Host was awesome, very available to answer all questions. Pool was cleaned daily, such a blessing to come back to after a whole day of tennis. Highly recommend.

Cohld not be happier with our stay We had family in from Florida and Illinois 9 of us all togeather.bedrooms were big and extremely comfortable. Very clean and historic..the pool was perfectly refreshing..and injoyed by all ft jackson is a quick 35 min drive down i20..Amy and jeff are fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the are.cindy and i accually are talking about going back for some quite time

Charming property with more than enough space for our family of 12. Perfect for entertaining with large living room, screened porch and pool. Plenty of towels, blankets, and supplies on hand! We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s graduation! Go Gamecocks!

charming old family home

Stayed here to attend a wedding at The Vines. Very close to the venue, and close to Lake Murray but very quiet private spot. Well kept older home, felt like we were part of the family while staying there. Nice upgrades on the back deck and pool. Great communication with property manager. Well stocked with supplies. Glad to have extra freezer in the garage. Overall very happy and would stay there again if we were in town for some occasion.

Beautiful Large Getaway

Very large home. Sleeps 20 - perfect for large family gathering. Tucked away on a peaceful wooded lot, 25 minutes from University of South Carolina campus. Perfect home for our family graduation weekend. Beautiful in-ground pool, screened porch, deck, extra beverage fridge in garage. This would also be great for football weekends, other campus events. Hosts were awesome!! Great communication, friendly, helpful people. You’ll love it.

AMAZING!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! There was enough room for all to have there own space and then big enough for all 16 of us to gather together. Very clean, had every thing we needed for entire family to bathe, cook, eat, sleep, etc…. Many extras for family to do—games, tv, movies—LOVED having a private pool with toys and plenty of seating!!!! Great location, very close to shopping and attractions, but house is set nicely off road so it is quite, secluded, and private! Thank you!! We LOVED it!!!

Wonderful vacation!

We found this property to be our best vacation rental ever! We had 17 guests sleeping at the home but many more visit during the day as we couldn’t keep them away from the fantastic pool area! We were never tight on bathrooms, space, seating, or lacking any amenity. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen made it easy to feed a large group and move throughout the house. The bedrooms had comfy beds, nice sheets, and plenty of extra blankets while the bathrooms were clean and nice! Our favorite places at the property were the pool, screened-in porch, and the very large family room that could accommodate our entire group of over 40 for photos! Everyone wants to go back next summer. Great location too. Overall just a phenomenal experience!

Knight’s family 6th annual vacation

When turn onto the shared driveway from the main road, the house is the 2nd driveway, which is paved. Our gps took us to the 1st dirt driveway. Loved the house! Plenty of space to get together for our large family with all our adult kids and small grandkids all under one roof. Loved the pool! The kitchen has everything you need including a tea jug! I normally have to go out to buy one as soon as we arrive at any of the vacation rentals. Seems like you are in the middle of no where. Which is great for our loud bunch. It’s actually pretty close to the stores that we needed. We went to relax on this vacation and to do nothing but spend time together. We had some that came up from Georgia. Also some that came over from Newberry. The rest of us are from York. So GREAT location for all of us. The host was wonderful! Always made sure we had contact info if one of them will be out of reach for the day. I actually meet one of their daughters on the driveway. Also meet one of the sisters husbands. Very nice and polite people. For your whole family, THANK YOU for opening up your childhood home for us to rent. I know that couldn’t have been an easy decision to make. From what I have heard your family has made a lot of memories of the place over the years. Thank you for letting my family make some great memories that will last them a lifetime also. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
