Step into a spacious living room boasting comfortable seating and expansive lake views through large windows. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area or screened-in patio cater to culinary delights. Unwind in one of the luxurious bedrooms: master suite (king bed) with private bathroom, guest room (queen bed), upstairs guest (queen bed) and the two bedrooms in the basement each with their own queen beds. Ideal for multi-family vacations, corporate events, and more, accommodating 10 guests in comfort and style.

Outdoors, enjoy a private dock, complementary paddleboards/kayaks, and a firepit. Explore Lake Murray with local boat rentals (They even deliver!).

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will receive check in information around 4pm the day prior to check in. Check out instructions are sent the evening prior to check out. Guests will access the property with a smart lock with a unique code.

LAKE LEVEL
During the winter Dominion Energy brings the lake levels down which could cause the cove to be too shallow for a boat. We cannot guarantee water depth from November to February so please send us a message to ensure there is enough water for your boat to navigate the cove.

To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood packages are available for $25 (20 logs) and can be delivered right at check-in—just let us know.
• Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be delivered before your arrival for $5 per towel. Lost towels are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Simply tell us how many you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!

To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed.
