Welcome to SDR Hideaway, a Vue Vacations home! Located in Thousand Palms, this fully renovated desert estate has been transformed into a private oasis made for relaxation and fun.

Step outside to an expansive patio designed for entertainment and comfort. The luxurious 60-foot heated pool with spa is the centerpiece, surrounded by a 60-foot putting green, fire pit, outdoor BBQ, poolside misters, and shaded lounge areas. There’s plenty of room for games, dining, and activities — and when evening falls, the mountain views and glowing palms create an unforgettable desert backdrop.

Inside, the home features six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living areas, and a laundry room for added convenience. Every detail has been updated to make your stay easy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for group gatherings.

Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM–8 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM–8 AM Friday and Saturday. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM, and guests are responsible for any city or HOA fines related to noise or violations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in begins after 3:00pm local time, and check-out is no later than 10:00am.
When available, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a $150 fee per request (up to three hours). Availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on preparation schedules. We always recommend planning for the standard check-in/out times.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! Pool heat is not included and will be an additional fee of $100/day. Pool heat must be requested and paid for no less than 48 hours before arrival. Pool heat will be between 84-88 degrees and must be for 2 consecutive days minimum - ARRIVAL DAY must be included! There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *Pool will not be heated in the Summer months. Tampering with any pool or spa equipment will result in a fine.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean up after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! There is space for 12+ vehicles. The property gates at night for privacy and security.

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

ARE THERE SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE?
Yes, the home has 6 security cameras in the front, side and back of the home including the patio/pool area.
