Newer Construction Home located on Beach Blvd in Westside Cottages.
Enjoy Luxury Beach House living in this 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom cottage located across the street from the white sand beach. This home has amazing views off the deck of the Gulf of Mexico and walking trails along Little Lagoon in the rear of the home. This home sleeps 10 comfortably with plenty of space inside and outside. There is a resort style Community Pool for guest use. This home has a fully stocked kitchen and a gas grill for use.

Great Location for our family

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for our family and plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. The beach was very easy to without having to walk on main road. There is a paved walkway behind the homes that is a 5 min walk to the beach. This made it great to enjoy the beach in the morning, walk home for lunch and then head back. My kids enjoyed the pool but it was a little chilly in April because it’s not heated but it does get direct sunlight so helpful to warm them up when they get out of the pool. The home is well equipped with everything that you would possibly need to cook and we cooked every night and never needed any additional bowl or utensil. The front porch was a great spot to sit in the morning and have coffee, and enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again!

Great place for a friends getaway.

Overall, our stay at this house had its positives and negatives. The kitchen was a standout feature, being fully stocked with lots of drink-ware, large pots, and pans. The big fridge was also appreciated, providing ample space for our group. The living room area was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax. We enjoyed the convenience of the smart TVs, as we could log into our own streaming services. On the downside, there were a few issues. Two drawbacks were the lack of extra blankets and the inability to adjust the temperature in the house. It would be nice to have the option to raise the temp by a degree or two. Additionally, one bathroom needs some attention, as the grout between many of the tiles has mildew and mold buildup. We also wished there were extra chairs for the patio. However, there were several positive aspects to our stay as well. The house remained quiet even with a large group, and it easily accommodated our four mostly large vehicles. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and the partial view of the Gulf. The ceiling fans in the house were both quiet and powerful. Furthermore, the presence of beach toys and a grill were a big plus. In terms of improvements, it would be beneficial for the house to have at least one full-length mirror. Additionally, a key code that could be used by the entire group would have been more convenient than a physical key. Despite the shortcomings, everyone in our group loved the house and would stay here again.

Great location on Beach Blvd with easy access to the beach. Enjoy all Little Lagoon has to offer including fishing and kayaking. Unwind and relax in the large resort style pool!
