Centrally located 4 bdrm/2.5 bath, 2-story home built in 2020 located in a quiet neighborhood across from a park/playground with easy freeway access, just 3-5 min to the 5 & 80. It is 10-15 min to SMF airport, downtown Sac/Mid Town & Golden 1 Center, 20 min to Cal Expo, CSU Sacramento & several major medical centers. Or do a day trip to Lake Tahoe or San Francisco (2 hrs) or Napa Valley (75 min). Enjoy all the comforts of home while set in a whimsical design inspired by our worldly travels.
**Monthly rent is reduced to $3400/month if tenant pays for own utilities.** Consideration will be given to guests requiring less than one month stays on a case by case basis. Pets also allowed on a case by case basis. Please inquire.

Our eclectic home was inspired by global travels. The home is 1700 sq ft, 2 stories with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The main living space on the first floor boasts an open layout - galley kitchen with granite countertops, dark cabinetry, and eat in island, a dining area & cozy living room with a 65 inch TV. There is a charming covered patio off the dining area that invokes Italian diner charm with a checkered outdoor dining table, red chairs wooden bench, and string lights. A BBQ grill is also provided.
This is a newer and tranquil neighborhood with a large surrounding area that is rapidly developing. You will find within just 5 minutes of the home numerous convenient shopping, dining and entertainment options including Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Home Goods, Ross, Regal movie theater and a large and varied assortment of restaurants offering American, Asian, Indian, Mexican cuisines and more!
