Great house and location just north of downtown Sonoma. My wife and I stayed there with another couple. Great space for cooking, hanging out (both inside and out). Well located for moon mountain wineries.

The home was spacious and well-stock for our family (two adults and two teenagers). Everything was very clean and in good working order, including the hot tub which was lovely. Our visit was on a very cold weekend and the heat in the home never really cranked up as high as we would have appreciated - however, the fireplace was wonderful and kept us nice and cozy. I would definitely return to this home, but probably in warmer months, so we could enjoy the pool and beautiful outdoor space a bit more. Check-in and check-out were easy and the host was very gracious.

We had a fantastic getaway weekend at Sonoma Masseria! Susan, the host, was super helpful in providing local recommendations and making the check in process a breeze. Some of our favorite features were the pool and backyard vineyard. I would note that while this property advertises it sleeps 8, there are only 3 beds so it was a bit of a tight squeeze with 7 girls with two having to sleep on the couch.

Beyond expectations

The property is AMAZING! We had plans in the city but we didn't want to leave the pool and backyard. The manager was super responsive and the place with loaded with games and amenities. Super happy with our booking.

Lovely place with wonderful grounds

The grounds with the pool and hot tub, fire pit and several places to sit and eat/talk/laugh are the best part, even on the hot days. Playing in the pool was terrific. Spent the most time there. Had a great time.

A perfect little home for our stay; there was nothing the house didn't have for our needs, and it was nice how everything was labeled so we didn't have to hunt for things. The outdoor area has fun for kids ages 3 to 103. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Sonoma!

Girls trip to wine country!

Great location. Close to downtown Sonoma and short drive to all the wineries we visited. You can't beat the backyard! We spent a whole day poolside and got great sun but felt very private. The space inside was perfectly adequate for our needs -- spacious, updated, and very safe feeling. Would definitely go back here for another stay!

Wine Country Getaway

This was my first time in Wine Country. The house was easy to find and the check-in process was easy. The house was clean and spacious and a perfect getaway for our friends. The backyard is so much fun to relax. We wished we spent more time in the house. Thank you for a great stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely house and back yard

The house house was perfect for us. Big kitchen, dinning and living room. We enjoyed to activities in the large yard, horse shoes and more. We used the hot tub, the large beautiful pool was not heated. I believe it is heated by solar panels when the weather is better.

Moms Getaway

We had a great stay for my 50th birthday. The house set up was incredible with a fantastic backyard space that allowed us all to hangout by the pool, play some games or just spread out. We appreciated all of the local details so that we could order food from some pretty fantastic places. The kitchen was well-stocked, clearly labelled and had very clean and updated appliances. We did have a couple of hiccups upon our stay but the host was very quick to respond and took action immediately to resolve any issues. Communication was very clear and reassuring with all of the questions that I had prior to arriving. We would definitely stay here again. The house has everything you need - just pull up and enjoy!

Almost Perfect

Reserved this property for a family vacation with my husband, daughters, and parents. We planned on visiting Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, and Russian River Valley. This house was in the perfect location for those trips! The house itself was beautiful, and the outdoor amenities were amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area. The problems we had with the property were pretty major, though. The internet did not work until the last day of our trip. My daughters both had summer classes they are taking and needed internet. The washing machine was broken and we had not been informed prior to arrival- we would have packed differently. There is no AC in the house, and when I called to ask about it, the property manager said to open a window! The temperatures outside were in the high 90's opening a window does not fix that. The temperature inside the house reached 87 degrees!! That is dangerous when you are talking about elderly! Overall, the property manager responded in a timely manner, but not with real solutions. Except she did offer to have her housekeeper do our laundry, and I told her I did not feel comfortable with that. Again, the house is beautiful and in a great location. If the problems were fixed, and AC was installed (there is central heat), then I think this would be a perfect place to stay.

Just wanted to state that unfortunately Xfinity was having issues in our neighborhood during your stay and it caused outages at the property which were out of our hands. We understand the frustration. In regards to the A/C, we just recently had it installed and updated the House description stating that A/C is included. Would love to have you and your family back next summer."
