Attractive studio apartment by the sea

I come from Petrčane, which is why this small seaside village has a special place in my heart. Renting this apartment is a family business, so we are all involved in taking care of it, but my sister Franka and I are the ones who take care of it the most. I studied archaeology and currently work in the field of biological anthropology, while my sister is a lawyer. During our studies, we both worked at the tourist office in Petrčane. Through that experience, we also gained a lot of knowledge about the area and the best places to visit, and we are always happy to share recommendations with our guests if they are interested.

My family has been renting apartments for many years, so continuing this tradition means a lot to me. We like to personally welcome every guest and always be available if they need any information or help, while at the same time giving them enough privacy to fully relax and enjoy their holiday. The studio apartment is located close to the sea, yet in a quieter area where guests can still enjoy some peace and escape the crowds. One of the biggest advantages of the apartment is its private parking, while all the main attractions and important locations are within walking distance.
