Fully Furnished House for Rent Downtown New Braunfels! Super charming house walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, Schlitterbahn and Schurtz Elementary School! 3 Bedroom/2 Baths newly renovated house with nice shaded huge yard. Kitchen has new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. Light and bright large bedrooms with lots of closet space. Renovated Bathrooms with subway tile, trendy floor tile and super cool wallpaper. Enjoy the shaded yard w/ a grill, beautiful mature trees and a deck that has nice dining and seating for relaxing. Wood fence on all sides for privacy and your furry friends (side fencing done after backyard photo taken). Full size washer/dryer included. 1 car garage with additional parking in back with gate and driveway. New Braunfels is a great town located approx 30 min to San Antonio and 40 min to Austin. It is truly the best of all worlds as you can have the peace and serenity of a smaller town and hill country beauty while still close proximity to two big cities. This house is perfect for Winter Texans; those who are moving to the area and don't quite know what area to move to or those who are building and need someplace to go while and your new home is being completed. We are only 15 min to San Marcos with some of the best shopping at San Marcos Premium Outlet and Tanger Outlet and has every possible store you can think of! Canyon Lake, 25 miles away offers crystal clear blue waters with approx 8 thousand acres of water. Put your boat in at one of the many ramps or marinas, rent a boat, swim, fish or kayak! New Braunfels also has the Guadalupe river in town where there is plenty of tubing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Schlitterbahn, a 70 acre water park is within walking distance from the house. Historic Gruene is also just 10 min away if want to visit the oldest dance hall in Texas, shop, experience some live music or just eat or drink in one of the many great restaurants in town. If you love water, beauty and nature but want to enjoy Austin and San Antonio also, New Braunfels is the perfect place to be :)

Just blocks from downtown from bars and restaurants but still quiet with a great neighborood vibe. New Braunfels has the Guadalupe and Comal rivers in town where there is plenty of tubing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Schlitterbahn, a 70 acre water park is within walking distance from the house. Historic Gruene is also just 10 min away if want to visit the oldest dance hall in Texas, shop, experience some live music or just eat or drink in one of the many great restaurants in town.
