The Space:

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home built in 1931. The home has been completely remodeled and has the latest in home automation. The primary bedroom is very large with a huge bathroom. As this is an almost 100 year old home, closets weren't a "thing" in those days. So, we have provided rolling hanging racks in each room so that you can hang your clothes.

$300 due at booking

50% due day 60

100% due day 30



Cancellation Policy: A deposit payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund. Between thirty (30) days and fifty-nine (59) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. Thirty (30) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.



Interaction with Guests:

We are in office from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Central Time. Unless an emergency, messages after 6 p.m. may be responded to the next day.
